Went in to go use the bathroom and they required a code for the bathroom so we had to make a purchase. No big deal. The big deal is after we made a purchase an employee walked into the bathroom and I could not use it. Waited. Another employee went into the bathroom right after her and I still couldn't use the bathroom after making a purchase. Went outside and came back in and the same employee that just came out of the bathroom. Went back into the bathroom and I still could not use the bathroom and I just about pissed my pants. Very poor manners from the employees at this location. Not cool.

I recently visited the Hardee’s located at 873 Lane Ave S, Jacksonville, FL 32205. While the food met my expectations, I encountered challenges with the service.
The cashier on duty was wearing a face mask, which made it difficult to hear her clearly. When I politely mentioned this, she responded by raising her voice, which felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. This behavior detracted from the overall dining experience.
I brought this concern to the attention of the manager, who assured me that the issue would be addressed. However, in subsequent visits, I noticed no improvement; in fact, the cashier’s demeanor seemed to worsen upon recognizing me.
On a positive note, the restaurant was clean, and the food was served hot and fresh. The location is convenient, and there is ample parking available.
I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service, as this would greatly enhance the dining experience at this establishment.

It's not the employees fault but the food there has really gone down hill. Remember when they first did the Angus burgers? They were awesome. But now there burgers are just to pricey for the product.

I came to try the new maple bacon super biscuit (which is over $5 for the biscuit alone) and to my surprise I received a regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit instead. I did not get a receipt and when I tried to call the restaurant to rectify this, I got the fax machine beep. I could not get through to complain and am too far to go back. Why can’t Hardee’s just give customers their proper order and receipts?

Years ago I stopped because it was horrible. My daughter talked me into going back and when I tell you they changed everything EVERYONE is nice and polite. It's a nice place to go now I haven't been to one this nice in years.

This was a very pleasant atmosphere, the customer service was wonderful. Food service fast. Staff very pleasant 😊 I'd visit this location again.
I waited in drive through for 10 minutes for to no response. When I said "hello" they responded with "hold the hell up baby damn." If I wasn't in such a rush I would have gotten her name after the long wait for service and a long wait for the food to come out. I came out to the surprise that the order was incorrect. If you can avoid this location like the plague.
