I'd like to give a good review due to the awesome customer service this Hardee's provided. I had an issue with the sausage biscuits but came back to the store and showed them the issue and it was fixed no problems and no attitudes and it's greatly appreciated. 5 stars all around due to them fixing the issue with a smile.

Service is bad they act like you are an inconvenience to be there. Then you say your order and then don't get what you ordered. BUT it cost 12 dollars for a biscuit 😏 I have a revision Just came back on February 17th 2026 whole new group of people in this location and they all are wonderful great service smiles greetings they don't make you feel like you're an inconvenience coming in there I suggest visiting this Hardee's I will be back thank you

I ordered the Low Carb Superstar Burger, and let me tell you—Wanda made it with nothing but love. The burger was fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The lettuce and veggies were crisp and fresh, exactly how they should be. You could really taste the care that went into making it.
On top of the great food, the customer service was impeccable. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back.

Every time I come to This Hardee’s April at the drive-through it’s so pleasant and I’m going to the drive-through on top of Great service and great food
Ordered a double mushroom burger today at lunch got back to work and it wasnt what I ordered it was a.single and thrown together stuck to everything. Only thing hit was my fries and they was smothered in salt to the point u chocked. My lemonade wasnt even good was way over the strawberry flavor limit for sure. Everytime I come during this shift my order isn't done right and im always over paying for something and not getting it done right. If I come later my order is right. Im not happy at all with Hardee's.
