There was a very rude brown-haired, heavy-set Caucasian woman working drive-thru on the morning of 11/18 at 8:48am. She acted as though she didn't want to be bothered as soon as you pull up to the window. She has zero customer service skills! Everyone here is usually very nice, but not her, and the food is delicious. She ruined the entire experience.
