Ordered through Uber Eats food arrived cold burgers wasn’t fresh I can tell it was made yesterday the fries were nasty looking I’m going to start cooking my food at home and stop supporting these nasty fast food restaurants would not eat here again Nasty 🤮 food

If I call up there at the beginning of the year and get the manager name and at the moment I couldn't think of it until I went through my phone and looked at my calendar cause that's how I keep up with things and I inform the young lady Tina m that my name is in. The book of them owned me for my food I paid for. She say they don't have the book anymore. So I give her the manager name i spoke with on the phone. She replied i went off what you said. So do you have the book or not because this was in March 7,2024 when I came. Then she get all loud. I'm the wrong person to get loud with when you owe me what I paid for. The energy you give ill give it back. This your job not minds. I'm not your child so watch your tone. I guess you like disrespectful your customers when you get call out about the lie you told. You to old to be so disrespectful and lie about small things.

The managers are very service oriented. They care for the seniors. Over the years we have become friends. The food is always been prepared in a delicious way. The dining area is always clean, and the restrooms as well. I have also notice a team atmosphere with the staff the work well together. The coffee is always fresh and the condiments alway there for the coffee. My hats off to Nate and Justin they are great managers.
Food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. Can't ask for more than that.

I got the pork chop biscuit and candied bacon on my coworkers recommendation. It was amazing!!!! The gravy had chunks of sausage and was dripping off the biscuit. The candied bacon was thick and delicious. It looked just like the picture and tasted amazing!! A few days later I stopped at a Hardee’s closer to my house and got the same order. The biscuits had about I teaspoon of gravy and the bacon was about the size of a popsicle stick and tasted metallic. The Normandy Hardee’s will be the only one I go to.
They saw that 4 cars arrived and they closed the door in our faces. Mediocre service they should close the place permanently

I've been to this particular Hardee's on Normandy about 4 to 5 times the past two weeks asking for a small shake every time I just think the people don't want to clean the machine or something and anytime I ask or say something to any of the employees all I get is a dumb look no response

I just came from Hardee's from Normandy Blvd. I hadn't eaten anything all day because I was running errands. I ordered my food through the drive-thru, the employee asked me to pack because the food was going to take time (isn't this fast food?). Well I waited and waited, finally I was so hungry and angry that I left even though I had already paid $14 for tenders and apple pie, not even good food. NEVER GOING BACK!
