The weight was long at the drive-through however, Kimberly was the only employee that I saw moving with intent. She had a smile on her face. She did everything she could to go ahead and make sure that my meal was perfect which it was it tasted great so compliments to the workers in the back, but Kimberly made the difference and is the reason I will definitely come back to Hardee’s.

Hands down the best Hardee’s in Jacksonville. I always receive top tier customer service. The food is consistently hot and fresh. Very welcoming atmosphere!! The general manger runs this restaurant excellently
