I can’t say anything about the atmosphere. But I had a craving for a Cuban sandwich. And Havana Jax Cafe DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was so good. Have I found my favorite place for an authentic Cuban sandwich…I sure hope so. 🫠

Came to check out the lounge venue for my upcoming birthday and decided to eat at the cafe attached to the lounge. Let me just tell you we loved it!!!! Ruby is the absolute best!!! Personality and such good energy. The owner, Silvia came to introduce herself and talk to me about the upcoming party. What a doll!!!! By the way….the food is the best Cuban food I’ve ever eaten. I wish I could give them 10 ⭐️. Can’t way to have my party in the lounge!!!!

My family and I were in town celebrating mom’s birthday. Came across this restaurant and oh my gosh! Everything was amazing the food, the service, the vibe was just absolutely wonderful! Our server Miguel was so attentive and professional. He let us know the specials for the day. Said everything made fresh and it was. We could all taste the authenticity in every bite from the Cuban sandwich, el churrasco that was the most tender steak I’ve ever tasted to the chicharrones and tostones. I would make a 5 hour drive there and back just to eat here. I highly recommend this gem! And to Miguel thank you so much for your hospitality you made our family feel at home.
Went with coworkers for lunch and not only was the special fantastic, the atmosphere was great and the service was perfect. Our waiter never let a glass go empty and he even brought out sample-sizes for the special meal. Get the Tres Leches!

We went for lunch. It was slow which was beautiful for a small intimate lunch for my partner and I. Everything was fresh and yummy and our waiter, an older gentleman, was attentive, speedy, and an absolute delight. I don't have much experience with eating Cuban food but I loved this experience and taste.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and large open floor layout would make it incredibly easy to move through the space.
I am outraged for not paying attention to the previous comments where it is clear that the only acceptable thing is the attention of the older man, but what I went to was to eat and that is what I am evaluating, I feel that I gave away my money and I will never return, much less I would recommend it. Respecting the variety of opinions, I think that 4 stars for this place does not tell the truth since the essential thing will always be the quality and flavor of the food. Beans, dough, rice with chicken, ropavieja and other dishes that none of the ones we tasted satisfied us with and the truth is we are not that demanding, we are just Cubans who like our food.
