From first contact through set up Aaron the manager and Sonny the owner handled the event like it was a white glove gala. Their communication was on point leaving no room for worries. Everything arrived hot, smelling delicious and set up with care. We ordered 1x Full Pan of Vale Rice 1x Full Pan of Cilantro lime Brown Rice and beans 1x Full Pan of Chipotle Mac n Cheese ( twice baked with extra cheese topped ) 1x Full Pan of Spinach and Arugula Salad 1x Full Pan of Baja Summer Kale Salad 1x Full Pan of Roasted Broccoli 1x Full Pan of Turmeric Onions and Peppers 2x Full Pan of BBQ Chicken 2x Full Pan of Turkey Spinach Feta Meatballs 2x Chipotle Ranch 2x Vale Vinaigrette 1x full pan of Almond Butter protein Brownies 20x white chocolate macadamia cookies 20x chocolate chip cookies. The meatballs are so yummy as well as the brownies. Everything was scrumptious and so fresh. I look forward to the opportunity to work with them again on my next event.“
