My husband and i ate here yesterday and our stomach have not been right since. It was our first and only meal after a long day of errands. Salsa and food has good flavor and taste. Friendly and attentive staff. Just wont be back, Proper hand-washing and food safety does wonders.

Let me start when we went the place was empty there were 13 of us in total.

The staff didn’t seem happy to see customers at all.

We placed 4 separate orders, 1 for each of the families that were there. The food came out slowly which was understandable to a certain extent.

One of the kids quesadillas that came out had barely been cooked, the cheese was barely melted and was cold throughout.

One burrito didn’t arrive until 15 mins after all the other food.

Overall a very poor experience.

Ordered a burrito through door dash and the ingredients and chips themselves were good, but its the way my “el jefe” had a dollop of guac at the very top, then at the very bottom of the entire burrito two small slivers of steak. So i ate the whole thing with mostly rice and a bite of shrimp here and there. Diabolical that someone wrapped it that way. Plus basically zero steak in the whole thing.

Absolutely worthless. I ordered a taco, drink and Queso and I assumed I was getting tortilla chips for the Queso. No tortilla chips and it was like a 2 bite snack. Unreal. Not ever going back. I went there years ago and they served tortilla chips with the burritos and it was great. They will be out of business in less than a year guaranteed. $12 for a miniature taco. Good luck.

I spent $32 on 2 Jefe bowls and got 5 sliver small pieces of steak, 2 shrimp, and the rice did not cover the bottom of the bowl. Extremely small portions. Very expensive. This place used to be good. What a rip off!

I placed an order for pickup, paid for it, arrived around 3:30pm to pick it up. The store was closed. So I paid and drove over here for nothing. Pretty pissed. What’s the point of hours to not honor them?

Why would you close at 7pm at peak dinner time?! My guess is you are missing serious business.

It’s been about a year since I ate there - but from the recent comments- it has not improved.I had a burrito that had zero flavor and overcooked meat . The same side of rice was so hard - it was as if the rice was not cooked at all. The chips tasted like they were 3 weeks old . Beware .

I got a burrito bowl and it was so bland it was as if they turned bland into an ingredient and poured it on the food. The physical bowl it was in was chipped and the paint or whatever is used to color the bowl was heavily peeling - this is the first time I have ever noticed the plate ware at a restaurant. The chips smelled and tasted like paper, and I had to go up and remind them that I had ordered chips. Also they had no ice and the salsa bar was practically empty. I would call this place memorably bland.

Got there about 6:30 and it was empty. No biggie. Ordered two burritos and two tacos. The beef in the tacos was dry and like it was sitting in a warmer all day. The queso was not hot at all and was clumpy warm. The Dr. Pepper and Diet DP were both out. The salsa bar was basically empty. Overall the food was average at best. I’ve eaten here many times and even used their catering and it was good in the past. Seems this location is slipping.Worst part was they had no working bathrooms. My daughter was told to walk down the street to Panera to use the restroom. Pretty sure you have to have working bathrooms or that is a code violation.
