This was my first time going to eat their food. As a born and raised floridan highway 55 is a restaurant that is not in florida so it was something ive never heard of before. The manager said this is the only location in florida right now. I ordered a burger and fries and took home a concrete. I had their special sauce on my fries. I think the highlight of my entire meal was the sauce and the burger. The sauce was tangy and comparing it to Italian dressing sauce does not do it...
I almost didn’t try because of reviews but glad I did. The pimento cheeseburger is the best burger ever. The burgers you can tell are not pre frozen and the ranch and pimento are made in house. It was soo good and worth it. Will def be my go to place next time I’m in the area
I had the cheesesteak, which was pretty decent. The meat was over seasoned in my opinion, and took away from the overall flavor. The roll was very soft. The TATER TOTS were amazing! Probably the best fast food tots I’ve ever had. I might come back and check out their burgers, though I’m afraid it’ll be over seasoned as well. Give it a try.
