Went couple weeks ago. Gluten-free options here but not dedicated My dad and I are both from Chicago and he said the regular Chicago pizza was amazing!!!!! Like most people from Chicago we're not after the deep dish he got thin crust. I had a gluten-free option and it was also amazing even if I could tell it wasn't the crust I craved 😂 I asked for a salad as well, mid meal, she forgot never brought it, but I was okay with that and I wasn't charged for it and I'm still leaving five stars. 🫂 We also brought home an Italian beef for my sister and she was in heaven. Thank you for existing Hillary's Chicago Pizza! We will be back even though we live in Palm Coast

Excellent Chicago style thin cracker crust & deep dish pizza! Being married to a midwesterner, he was so happy to find a little taste of home here in St. Augustine! Pizza is fresh and delicious. Great drink specials and cute family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend Hillary’s Chicago Pizza!

It’s not very often you find a place that prepares and serves incredible food. We had the Meatballs, Thin crust pizza, along with the Chicago Pie. All were outstanding I had the opportunity to talk with Bruce/ The owner and I shared our love for food and the preparation of it. All of it needs to be made with love. Yes, old school This meal was outstanding and Kudos to everyone there! P.S. His sauce is the best I’ve had, ever!

I LOVE deep-dish pizza, and as someone who loves to eat it when they go to Chicago, I know it’s hard to find outside of the city. Let me tell you, this place is the REAL DEAL when it comes to traditional deep-dish. The pizza was constructed and layered well, cooked to perfection, and tasted as good as anything you’d get in the city. They even import ingredients from Chicago so they can make it as authentic as possible; awesome!
Please give this place a try, I know I’ll be coming back for more!!

We haven't lived in the Chicago area in years & we recently moved to Jax. Hillary's is the best I've had outside of Chicagoland. Bonus: Just about every patron in there when we went was from the Chicago area.
Best deep dish pie and possibly the best pizza all around in St. Augustine! Not only is the pie great, but they've got an amazing (and ever evolving) beer selection. The owners are awesome as well. Can't recommend enough.

My girlfriend and I came here as the last restaurant visit for our trip to Saint Augustine and let me tell you - this place is absolutely fantastic. The Chicago style pizza is phenomenal!
I see some reviewers complaining about the hour long wait for the deep dish, but anyone with common sense knows that’s how long it takes to bake these.
If you find yourself in Saint Augustine please do yourself a favor and run, don’t walk, RUN to Hilary’s! Amazing!

Ordered a $16 combo sandwich that took longer than the pizza.Al’s on Taylor in Chicago is $8. I had ordered it with peppers and it had 1 slice. The worker was bothered that I asked for more and she explained that’s how it’s made. Definitely not serving Chicago style food or pizza here!
