Let me start by saying the bagels were very good. The Lox bagel was just a tiny expensive for the small amount of salmon and capers.

After seeing you guys closed due to a un operational license and seeing the health score. We will not be back.
It was subpar. The ladies working there were very kind, but it was just one of those perfect storm kinda situations.
We got the Holey Moley toasted, and the Bando extra toasted, along with a side of house fries. When we got it, the potatoes were pretty soggy, and then they mixed up the bagels on the sandwiches. Normal mistake, so we informed and they realized the mistake and made us another one. Well when we got it, we wish we hadn’t, the new one was not even toasted like the original order, the cheese unmelted, and just not good. Along with the fact the “steak” references about .5 ounces of steakums. We weren’t about to wait a third time, so we just ate it, and left. Just drive the extra half mile and go to Jax Bread Co.

They make all the cream cheese and bagels from scratch. Try the Holey Moley bagel - it’s awesome!

*update* this is in response to the review left. Please see attached photo, I did not order the wrong one.
Ordered the fruity pebble waffle from door dash. Was supposed to have bacon, It did not. No syrup included. Literally a dry waffle with stale fruity pebbles thrown on top.

I am torn on this review. The bagel sandwichs were amazing. It seems like they cater more to delivery apps and pickup orders. The paces needs a face lift.

Super solid bagels and quite a variety of breakfast sandwich combos. The Best in Jacksonville. Super friendly and kind service.

Order online for delivery. I wouldn’t recommend physically going into the store. I literally ordered in person and they completely forgot I was even in the store. When I went up to the counter to get my money back after waiting for so long, they looked genuinely confused as to who I was. They apologized but that’s crazy. I ordered at the register. I got my food but it was tucked away to the side. I was literally sitting in front of them so they wouldn’t forget me. Just order online.

So excited to finally get a rainbow bagel! Coloring and sugar sprinkles aside, this was the best bagel I've ever had in Jax. The texture is perfect - so soft, not too chewy, toasted gently. Can't wait to come back and try some of the savory sandwich options! The staff was super friendly, patient, kind and bilingual which is always a bonus. The restaurant is peaceful and clean with chill music. Highly recommend!

Plain and seeded bagels taste as good as NY bagels, but the flavored bagels aren’t very good in my opinion. I have pretty high standards for bagels and this place doesn’t disappoint when it comes to the basics.

Mediocre bagels. No different than if you made your own from the grocery store. Has no business calling themselves NY bagels.
The people who work there were nice though.
