I will never go back. It smelled horrible inside. The bagels are clearly day old bagels bought from somewhere else. It was empty when I went in and I can see why. The woman behind the counter had zero customer service skills. Terrible techno dance music was playing very loud, way too loud and absolutely wrong music choice for early in the morning. Avoid this place, they clearly don't actually want people in there.

Visiting the area for a client visit and looking for a good bagel. I can't express enough how AMAZING THIS BAGEL WAS. I'll get to that..Location: in a strip mall with tons of parking Ambiance: clean, bright, some seating- very friendly/nice staff.Service: quick and efficient Food: I came here due to a photo I saw online of their Chopped Cheese Breakfast Bagel. I've only had chopped cheese in NYC and NEVER in a bagel so I assumed combing the two would be a hit- and it was. This was the best bagel sandwich I have EVER had. So flavorful- fresh and the proportions of toppings, to meat and bread was perfect. Every bit was crispy, and cheesy and just delicious.Value: very affordable for the quality they are offering. If you live in the are or are visiting, I definitely recommend check out this spot.

First time in Jacksonville and I found this spot near my relatives house. Went here for breakfast and dinner and was amazed both times I went! Parking was easy to find, area felt safe, and service was amazing and everyone was so welcoming. They treated me and my family as if we were they're family and theres not too many places like that. So if your in Jacksonville, I 100% recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Im extremely confident you will get the same welcoming experience at any time of the day!
We stopped by during our trip to Jacksonville and what a surprise was finding Hole Moley Bagel Shop!Their bagels are delicious, excellent service and clean place.We will go back there soon.

Horrible! We waited 12 mins for our order, which was two bagels, toasted with cream cheese, and one bagel, not toasted with cream cheese. When we received our order all three bagels, toasted with cream cheese, and tasted like crap.
