I walked in to HomeSpun Kitchen in Riverside. I waited for 10mins until I walked back to the dish room to get females working. I ordered Açaí bowl that wasn't what I got my visit to the restaurant a few days before. So I asked for more fruit as the young spoke to me I could see her getting frustrated. She give me more fruit but with lots of attitude! I asked her you ok you have a problem? She said I'm going through a breakup so I'm hiding in the dish room. She looks like a great person I'd like for management to help her through what's she's going through! Thanks

The coffee was not up to par for a breakfast place. It was watery. You pay for a large and get a medium size cup. Shrink-flation. The portions on the egg turkey bacon bowl were very small. I asked to have my food heated. I guess everything comes out cold. The staff refused to heat it for me. I left. Won’t be returning.

Our shakes were delicious. Vegan mac and cheese is good. I added tempeh and it was perfect. If you want veggies on it, ask for Mommas House! We will be repeat customers because the staff is the sweetest!

I have no idea why it took me so long to eat here. This place was fantastic. Chipotle, cava, bolay, eve what ever other bowl place you can think of has nothing on this place when it comes to quality, health, and taste! I went in with a specific craving of something healthy and Mediterranean and they did not disappoint! I got the med. bowl and I added extra pickled onions but next time!!! I’m adding extra cucumbers too! OH MY GOSH the bowl was so fresh and full of flavor! I eat very slow and my partner pointed out how quickly I was eating. The price and portion sizes were reasonable and the staff was very nice even though it was 40 minutes to close. I tasted my partners bbq bowl and even that was phenomenal!
I shall be dining here every Sunday as I drive from Gainesville to do acro yoga. Thank you for an amazing restaurant! Quick service! Clean! And delicious!
Parking: Parking can be limited as it’s a very small lot in front of the building. There is street parking which even on Sunday and a empty restaurant was still slightly full because of the other establishments around them. There’s still always a spot somewhere AND river n posts lot is very close

Their mac 'n cheese is amazing! I've eaten here twice, and both times got the mac 'n cheese. I have a gluten allergy and prior to my diagnosis, mac 'n cheese was my go to comfort food. It was really hard to find a good gluten-free mac 'n cheese. Homespun figured it out! My fiancée gets the southwest salad and every time he raves about how amazing it is.
Coffee is good. Honestly nothing at this place is bad. Support local!

I was an excited to find a newer place in riverside that had some good vegetarian options. Unfortunately, there was chicken in the bowl although I clearly ordered tofu. Won’t be eating here again or recommending.
Vegetarian options: There are options but when I ordered tofu there was meat instead. Wouldn’t recommend if you are vegan or vegetarian.

I loved this place, it was cool but not frigid, the food was incredible and their cardamom iced coffee was so tasty. I also like how clean it was. The staff is so so nice and courteous will be coming back. Don't pass this place up, it's really worth trying
Wheelchair accessibility: It's flat with a slight ramp, don't think the doors are automatic unfortunately but you can definitely get in here with a wheelchair.
