I gave them a one star and you can judge whether you think I was reasonable: I went drive-through and ordered one of the combos, which did not include a drink. So I asked for an ice water with my meal. They charged me for a bottled water AND a cup of ice ( $.75)without telling me. My total was $14.75 on the receipt, but I noticed my Apple Pay notification said I paid $15.28. I asked and they said they charged because I used a card and not cash. I was pretty angry at this point. Once I receive my food, I asked if there was any sauces in there — he said tartar, but no shrimp sauce when I asked. He said shrimp sauce was $.50 each. At this point, we locked eyes and just laughed at each other because it was funny at this point, and I just drove off.

My first visit to the restaurant was a great experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There is a wait due to food being cooked to order, which is a plus to have hot fresh food. I would definitely come back again.

Open late, food tastes above average, I've eaten here 2 times now in 4 years both times were uneventful but the young light complexion guy was not up to being even the slightest bit of kind, he actually seemed to want to provoke hostility but I focused on my goals. I felt that overall it's a risk to go here and especially to dine in, it's not very hospitable or inviting.

Delicious sea food..

I got the flounder and chicken meal. I was blown away by the cost $12 and the quality and taste of the food which was very good. Highly recommend I’ll eat here again soon

This is my go-to place for fried fish and fried shrimp. Always fresh and hot. Consistently get fast and friendly service. Appreciate the fact that they are open late hours.

Very poor drive-through experience. I ordered family plates and spent good money, yet received no basic customer service. The employee rushed my order, didn’t give me a receipt, didn’t ask about sauces, and showed no courtesy. I asked for my food to be extra crispy, but the fish was soggy, smelled bad, and tasted awful. When I asked for sauces, I was told to come inside, then treated rudely and not informed about an extra charge. He also assumed I was Spanish and spoke another language without asking, which was inappropriate. The food quality and service here continue to get worse. I won’t be returning.

I ate the espresso cheesecake. It was a wonderful experience!!! I like the chill atmosphere!!! The employees were hard working and attentive to my needs.

The place is amazing. The food is fresh everything and delicious 😋. Love coming here treated nice and fed delicious freshfood with great seasoning. The best hushpuppies. If you ever in the Jacksonville area this is the place to stop and get some food. Don't miss out!!!

This use to the the place to go for great food. Tonight 12/31/2025 I had dinner there and it will be the last time I ever go there. The whole reason people go to this place is for the crack seasoning I ordered a 10-piece wings and fries and when I tell you I can barely see any seasoning I had to put my glasses on just to see the seasoning or what a little bit was there. The chicken was also very slimy hopefully I don't get food poisoning. They do have great customer service I'll give them that.
