My family and I just left the San Jose location. We sat for 30 min and only got our drinks. The place was kind of empty and there was staff working, so when a family that made it there after we did, got their food, we got up and left because we had been waiting for 30 minutes!!! A waitress noticed it but could care less...apparently the Manager's name is Kayla....never again...this is not the first time, but for sure, is the last....
