I come to this place off and on and the service is always great. Heather is especially friendly whenever she is working, so 5 stars for that service. The food is almost always good, however there seems to be a real problem with the draft beer system that needs to be addressed by management. The bartenders constantly have to fill pitchers full of foam in order to get a glass of beer. That is time wasted, money down the drain, and it causes the beer to taste flat. This also makes the bartender and waitresses look bad since they’re the ones that have to listen to the complaints.I love ice cold draft beer, but until this problem is fixed ( whether it’s the CO2, the lines, temperature, etc) I’m avoiding the beer.

One of the last Hooters left around. Went for our sons birthday. He turned 21! No longer have my favorite wing sauce, spicy garlic, the wings just weren't the same. Sad to see this restaurant chain fall. They really had decent food just a bad business model. Anyway, the waitresses were nice. They sang Happy Birthday to our son. It was a good time but a sad time to see Hooters like this.

Awesome environment for the sports fan. Onion rings were soft on the inside, not cooked through, and the breading was pale as well...too thick and undercooked. The hamburgers were overcooked. We had to ask for flatware. The beer was good...and it should be at $7.50 a glass for draft beer.

I have been to many Hooters for many years, from the OG in Clearwater and Port Richey, to Dallas and Detroit. I have been to the store in Jacksonville many times, but it's been a while until the other day. Went in for a carryout. It was an order over $50, and I was so disappointed! The wings were dry, and bland. The pickles were underwhelming. The service from the girls was great, but the whole vibe is old and dreary. There was only one other person in there on a Sunday afternoon. I'm so sad 😞 that this place that I so loved has diminished so much.

Food was good, service was great, however the restaurant is dirty and outdated. Fruit flies all over the bar and half the draft beer was out. The draft beer they do have is all frothy and takes 10 minutes to pour one pitcher which turns out to be flat. This has been an ongoing issue for at least 6 months. The neglect in the bat area is astounding....new management needed direly...

Hooters is always my go to place through the week or weekends. Love there wings, curly fries, and shrimps.
The Hooters on San Jose boasts a beautiful location right on the river, making for a great atmosphere. It’s a solid spot for game viewing with lots of TVs, and I really appreciate being able to bring my dog onto the patio. While the food is decent, the service is inconsistent and can be quite slow at times. Great views and pet-friendly, but you may need some extra patience!
