Placed online order for pick up, said it would be ready at 2:21p…was out the door, in my car & taking a bite of my fries at 2:25p & the fries are cold as can be! $5 for COLD fries is a waste of my money!!! Stood at the hostess stand for a few minutes when I arrived before I was even acknowledged & directed to the bar for my pick up. Staff were friendly but a sign pointing to the to go pick up area should be in place as not to waste the time of busy staff members. Haven’t started eating my wings yet, hopefully they’re not cold as well!!!

I try to give the benefit of the doubt after I received less than desirable food the last time I ordered. This time I’m over it. The fries were stale, overcooked and not a single whole fry could be found. What a waste of MY hard earned money.

Was kinda weak for a Hooters. Looked like 3 girls working and it was kinda dead. Not their fault, just not a lot of customers. Food was good, bartender is quick and awesome.

Terrible service. Got sat by host. But never got waited on by the waitress. Some people came in a couple minutes after us and got seated and got waited on and got their drinks and we still never acknowledged. So we got up and left. Won't ever go back to this one. And tv was way to loud. Couldn't even here ourselves trying to talk. I'd give it a negative rating if possible
