Today I had my first experience at Hooters. It was amazing ?. I had the pleasure of Karli as my waitress, and she took great care of my daughter and me. Coming from the food industry myself, it was a pleasure to see the manager Chaune come and grace my table. Might I add he took the time to hold a very interesting conversation about a particular topic some of us battled with, and I tell you it was intriguing. I will be back with my crew next time. Entire experience was bad from beginning to end. There was a 20 min wait because the kitchen was backed up. I don't know why we couldn't just sit while we waited, especially since we arrived by boat but that wasn't the worst part. Once we were sat, we waited a while for our server and ordered appetizers. A while later ordered wings and fries. We got our food after our drinks were almost empty without our apps. The chips and Buffalo chicken dip came out right after but the dip was awful. The wings were small and one of the hottest wings weren't spicy. Ate our wings and fries, flagged server down for the check. She asked if we still wanted our other app when she brought it with our check. We declined and also said the dip wasn't good. She had the check adjusted but we were charged for extra drinks we didn't get (or ordered. Manager fixed that. I understand being short staffed but so much went wrong.

I had a very good dinner at this Hooters. Please see the details of why I rated this Hooters so high.. I normally don't give marks like this.I visit Hooters because I love their wings. I usually go either once a week or once every two weeks to a Hooters. I live in Central Florida so I have 3 Hooter restaurants that I visit and I rotate them. I usually have a positive experience at any Hooters but this particular location on San Jose Blvd was one of the best I've had in years. I highly recommend this place.Service: To start with my server was Izzy. She had a great positive vibe from the beginning. Warm and friendly. There were no issues with messing up my order in any way. She checked in on me at the right times and I could enjoy my food without being bothered, but she was around enough to quickly fix any issues if they had happened.Food: I ordered the 10 wings, Naked, Hot, and Wet... They came soaked.. There was no misunderstanding about being wet. It was great. Now, here is were the restaurant quality really stands out. The cook that night (Thursday around 8pm) knows what they are doing. My wings came out super juicy. I could easily pull the bones from the wings. This is how I make them at home. To get that kind of quality at Hooters made this my go to Hooters when I'm in the area. This was stand out quality.As to the vibe of the place itself.. It was mellow and relaxed. Just what someone who worked all day would want to feel. I'm an introvert and my seat was perfect and not in the middle of the floor. I felt very relaxed even when the restaurant became busy.Overall, the staff at this Hooters works for a living and it shows in their quality of service and food.Highly recommended. I'll be visiting this Hooters when I'm in Jax again.

I recently had interaction with Danika and Milan regarding an issue with my order, and I was extremely impressed with the level of assistance I received. Milan was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and promptly resolved my issue. Their clear communication and willingness to go above and beyond left me feeling valued as a customer.
Sat us by the restrooms, only ones. Everyone else on the other side of the restaurant. Forever for any service, no plates or silverware. The appetizer was wrong, and we waited another 20 minutes, still no food. Cashed up and left.

I'm a doordasher and picked up often hier and today I asked if I could have a drink and she asked what I wanted and I said coke please and she gave me big cup of TAPWATER!At every restaurant I get a drink for waiting or if is ask for one and this here is unbelievable.Its not even drinkable!!!!!!!

We sat at the bar, restaurant was not busy. Ordered our drinks and food, food came out wrong; ordered wings sauce on side, came out wrong sauce and on the wings, did not bother to fix ate as is. Mgr did come by, but was selling calendars and offered a discount on it so I ended up buying one anyways. It's nice the team all signs it when you buy one by request of course. Minus the mixup on the wings food was decent, atmosphere was standard, and the bartender was nice and apologetic for the mistake.

They have added more wait staff and prices are very good. I don't like to judge the food because I bought shrimp in a wing place. So I'll try something different next time. ........ Went back and had some wings. Better and less expensive than Buffalo Wild wings.
