Now that it's under new management this place is amazing! Ordered some dumplings, lo main, and the hot and sour soup and when I tell you it was great I feel that's an understatement..... Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered general tso to go and it was so yummy! Everyone makes the general tso different but hop shing is a true general tso. They also gave a generous amount of pork fried rice to go with it.

They have me sesame chicken and I ordered general which is spicy and the lady keeps telling me over the phone it’s suppose to be sweet? I eat Chinese from green tea 3 time a week I had all there chicken I know the difference from sesame and general and she keeps telling me it’s not spicy it suppose to be sweet but on the menu it’s says it’s suppose to be spicy? I’m never comming here again. If you guys want good Chinese food go to green tea on San Jose! You won’t be disappointed it literally like 5 mins away from here.

While they did a lot of door marketing for the reopening food was not good. Ordered the combo Teriyaki chicken on an a stick and Shrimp with Cashew Nuts.

This is our go-to chinese place since we moved to the area a little over a year ago. Food is pretty good, sometimes its not as good as other times.. Could use some more flavor seasoning, but we've never had any issues. Service is always fast & the staff is always kind.

Yum!! Love this place. Hop Shing is right by our house but never tried it before tonight. Almost ate all the spring rolls before I got home. Vegetable chow mein, coconut shrimp and honey chicken were all superb! Prices were reasonable and food was fresh and delicious. Ann DD they deliver!

Even for Chinese fast food this was not up to par. The egg roll was doughy and was more roll than filling. The general's chicken was bland even though it was ordered at medium heat. The lo mein was oily. The egg drop soup was good, but the wontons we had added were also doughy and dense. Would not recommend

I ordered their shrimp fried rice and hot n sour soup. The Shrimp fried rice was really good. I ordered some shrimp sauce to pour on top which took the taste to another level. It was really good! I went during lunch time and this little fella took my order. I was wondering where the adults were, but I guess in the back cooking the food. He ran my credit card and everything. I was impressed. I should have checked my order before I left. When I got home I saw that they gave me some kind of pork dumpling soup. I don't eat pork so that was disappointing. It looked like it might be good so if you eat pork you should definitely try it. I will be going back to check out their Hot N Sour soup soon.
