I ordered to go MILD- took one bite and it was so spicy, it ruined my entire appetite, much less meal- what a waste for people that can’t follow simple directions! Don’t waste your money! Horrible experience- soggy fries over salted and half of the fries so dry practically burned. Never ordering from this place again!

The best Nashivlle Hot Chicken in town, have multiple friends straight up addicted to this place. Do not miss this joint! Hotter than a Mother Clucker oil/sauce is the way to go, feel your soul burn! ?? Andddd the Fried Pimento Cheese Balls are the secret killer thatll make you come back again and again! I really liked my chicken sandwich. The sandwich tasted marinated and the breading was nice. I will say the mild was very mild but I was afraid of the spice so I will def try medium next time. I also enjoyed the homemade ranch sauce, not from a bottle. It was tasty and highly recommend.Parking: Parking may be tight as it’s downtown and street parking depending on what time you go.

I like the chicken flavor wise and everything, but it’s the spice that isn’t there. I couldn’t get a snout or a tear coming and the spice was mediocre. The fact that I got the flavor “Hotter Than a Mother Clucker” excites me and after that first bite and all of that, I got no spice. (Spice is very important when it comes to Nashville Hot Chicken).

It seems like every time I get food from here it’s never fresh it’s soggy . Fries cold . Bread so covered in sauce you can’t eat it . The Togo food is always poorly prepared. I tried to give them 3 chances . This time I’m done .

But what surprised me the most during my visit today was the young staff.It's noticeably difficult to go to restaurants with young workers that take pride in their jobs and making guests feel welcomed. And that was just the case today! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and stopped by tables to ensure everyone had what they needed. This is the key loyal customers in an overcrowded food scene. Good job!
