I ordered the Howie special and for some reason it lacked flavor and tasted very bland. The peppers, onions, and mushrooms were diced and didn't look or taste how it usually does.

Crust flavor..amazing. They have a ton of flavors, for free! The dough..fresh, hot, lovely. The sauce..just right and delicious. The whole pizza, the seasoning, the price, the quickness, the customer service...all awesome. You cannot go wrong, hungry howies has it going on.

New owners back to doing what old owners did no topping 2 or more inches from outside edge and took over hr and 45 minutes to get it even dilivery guy said they where back to the same .

I was going to give them 3 stars but I just can’t. Usually, Hungry Howies is totally awesome - never any issues. I ordered yesterday though… 3 deluxe subs. There was literally 4 bits of sausage on one of them.. very little of anything else.

Every time I order food from here, it’s always outstanding very impressed and those other cheaper chain restaurants there is a big difference in the quality of cheese. I am a cheese connoisseur and hungry Howies usually a very high grade cheese. I only get what you pay for.

Just ordered pizza, baked spaghetti, chef salad and a meatball sub. This was the absolute BEST food we've had from a pizza joint in years. Especially before closing. This howies employees ROCK

My go to is the Steak and cheese sub. Sub is always fresh, hot, and stacked with meat.
The garlic topping makes it just that much more delicious.
Food is always ready at the expected time. As long as I plan my time correctly the food is ready when I arrive.
Will continue to go back.

The new owners of this hungry Howie's husband and wife have brought back the quality of what hungry howie used to offer. I'm not speaking for any other stores. Only the location on Merrill road. I spoke with one of the owners today. When I was ordering a pizza for the second time and the second time. It was just as good as the first time. I recommend anybody looking for good pizza hungry, Howie's on Merrill road?
