The bacon cheddar burger pizza is a superior pizza. Everything in the menu is fresh and delicious. I still haven't tried every flavor of the crusts but I haven't been disappointed yet

Will not come back.. staff served a salad with no eating utensils and when asked.. I was told first they don’t provide them.. then I was told by the young lady that kept putting her hair behind her ears, took out the trash bag.. I did not see her wash her hands and then went behind the counter to help prepare my food..I could not see her handeling it so I don’t refuse it.. I will not come back...

Omg, I absolutely had to come on here and give them an amazing review and if I could give them a higher score I would! YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Truly a pleasant experience anytime I go here but today your team went above and beyond. While waiting in my car for my pizza I stupidly kept the lights on(I am not my dad ok, I don’t know about cars) only for the battery to die! I live here without any family so I was forced to go in and ask for help already expecting them to say no or they’re too busy(because it’s Saturday I know them phone lines is going!) but while only one person kept the kitchen going your other team member(female red hair and glasses) came to my rescue and gave me a boost! I am truly thankful for you guys having such an awesome team! And my pizza was good too! ?

Long delivery time. Lettuce for my salad was chopped so big it looked like they cut the whole leaf into thirds. They forgot the stump of the lettuce in my salad. Already emailed corporate. Over it all.

This is the best pizza and subs I have ever had! My family eats here weekly and the food is always fresh. Even the salads are amazing!!! The employees work hard and are friendly. Especially Mikey! Hes the best. The owner works there all the time and is always helpful too. I won't eat pizza or hot subs anywhere else in Jacksonville. Southside blvd location is always on point!!
