Great food. Hot and fresh!!

I honestly don’t care for the food here, but Josh’s spectacular customer service, positive vibes and attentiveness made the entire experience worthwhile, I know I was a little stressful when ordering, however, Josh so kindly and patiently walked me through the menu and the ingredients used in the different food items making it easier to choose what I wanted!! Every restaurant needs this Josh and Josh needs a huge raise!!!, thank you so much again Josh for your amazing customer service.

Terrible service waited two hours for stupid cheese bread.

Foods been done 20 mins ordered online even still sitting here waiting . Over an hour already

The new owners have saved this place!!! Everything is better, the quality, the service, and the specials!

Placed an online order that indicated it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later only to find out they had not even started my order and told it would be another 15+ minutes. The staff member at the counter was dismissive at best with a comment to the effect that others had been waiting extended periods also as they had multiple orders come in at once.

If your completions times are going to be extended then have the website reflect this accordingly so your not wasting customers time. This of course after they have already paid and tipped for a product/service you are definitely failing to provide in the timeframe your website says you are going to.

Very pleased and satisfied with the pizza especially since it’s under new ownership. It’s much better and I love the deals too. Hungry Howies is very underrated. Even my parents enjoyed it and were impressed.

i been to this place before with not good experiences but i decide to give it a chance sinse is under new management and waoo pizza was sooo good very surprised even my husband was surprised about how good taste ,

Food was good. When I picked it up the staff was nice. Down fall was they waited 15-20mins after I ordered to let me know they were out of steak for the Steak sub I ordered. I had already paid, but ask it anything could be done for the inconvenience and longer wait time and they said No... Not good customer service.

First I will say the pizza itself tasted really good. And not even mad the way it was cut. Cause hey bite size pieces. But at the same time what happened??? 😆 you need a hug buddy. It was busy when we got there. Im guessing they were cutting so many pizzas, got to ours and it didn't turn out even, so they just went to slicing it randomly. I get man I get it. I do like square slices. Still tasted amazing.

Pizza cust was not done toppings were scarce, cheese was see thru. It may have been cleaner in the lobby buy the service was worse and the pizza was blah. Not a fan of the new ownership. Sorry and it looks like they are making up reviews I never gave them anything higher than a Star rating.

Id like to know if the pizza is good but I prolly never will. I live 4.5 miles from your location but apparently yall dont deliver here. Oh well, back to dominos it is.

Since new management the food is better and orders are made on time highly recommend this location 👌
