Have been a long time regular customer but the quality just keeps going down. The last 3 times we have ordered. Our pizza was so greasy that all the toppings literally slid off as soon as you picked the pizza up. Our subs were even worse they were so greasy that the grease leaked through the boxes and poured out of the sub when you took a bite. Not to mention the meat wasn’t even spread out of them it was in globby patches. Had an Italian sub one bite would be a thick stack of nothing but pepperoni the next section was nothing but ham. Sadly I think we are done ordering from here.

If I choose to add premium toppings don't just sprinkle it on .make it count it's like your running out of toppings all the time ...the point is if I add and pay make sure it makes it to my pizza next review will include pictures....make sure it doesn't happen again or I will zoom in to the pizza
and make a commercial of the situation.good luck

I spent over 40$ and everything was nasty. The pizza was nasty, cheese barely melted, only thing good was the wings. My breadsticks were not even cut. Shaped any kind of way. Everything was just doughy

We ordered our pizzas at 7:10 pm and didn’t receive them until 9:13pm, we waited 2 hours for them to deliver 3 pizzas to us. Not to mention we had to call a few times to make sure they didn’t forget our pizzas. Eventually they were delivered, one of the pizzas were wrong but at this point we were TIRED of this place, we obviously won’t be ordering from here again. Just a heads up for anyone who decides to get delivery from this location, would recommend a different location for delivery.

App will not take my order.

I come here on my lunch breaks to get a chef salad and i always brag about there salad but the Last 2 times I had issues. The 1st time I ordered the salad was wilted and had brown spots all in it. So I asked them the 2nd time if the could make sure the salad was not wilted. And when I spoke to management they had a bad attitude from the beginning. I got my 2nd chef salad w no meat in it, so I called management back up and he told me he made the salad himself and he knows for a fact that he put meat in it. So basically called me a lier. ( i stated i have absolutely no reason to lie about any of this) The next day I took the salad they gave me that I never ate and showed them there was no meat in it. Then management told me I always have a problem w my salad after she also said she wasn't going to make me a salad bc the lettuce isn't good today. Lol (so that basically confirms what I told them the 1st time, that the salad was bad but they wouldn't believe me.) Then i asked the lady if you ordered a salad for lunch and you got back to realize there was no meat on it, what would you have done? I cant believe it went that far when i just wanted a salad. So I lost out on 10.00 and don't want to go back there if they are going to act like I was in the wrong for making a complaint and calling me a liar??? Worst customer service I have ever dealt w in my life and I would like to talk to someone besides management and get my money back after this. Totally unprofessional, not only was I called a liar but I didn't even get a refund. Just Crazy.

Ordered 2 pizza bowls, and a cheese pizza ? food was really good. The only problem, the grease and sauce, boiled over into the boxes from the bowls, and I got grease on my shirt and car seat.....

I had a pepperoni Duo, not a bad pizza at all. I’m still a papa John’s guy but this is not bad at all. I tend to like my dough a little crispy, theirs was more soft but I did enjoy the crust. Tasted more like garlic bread towards the end.

Ordered a spicy chicken salad. I received a literal sandwich sized ziploc of wet lettuce and veggies with pieces of chicken on the side. Nothing like what is depicted on the menu and definitely not worth $10. I don't recommend

Service became very bad now ordered for delivery it never showed up and we called about it and the driver said they called but never did and came to the door and no one answered and I was on the porch the whole time
