First time trying hurricane after reading 4*+ reviews & what a disappointment. Placed a call in order for pick up and customer service was poor to begin with. Wings & fries were hardly seasoned at all (lemon pepper dry rub & buffalo hot). Ordered well done on the wings and no sign of that either. Celery and ranch were good & that’s all I ended up eating from here.

It's a chain and I'm grading based on chain service. This location is always clean, the service is always friendly, and the food good. One additional plus is while there is music you can still hold a conversation without screaming.

Hurricane Grill & Wings in San Marco never disappoints. Wings and nachos are always delicious -And the bartender makes awesome Mojitos!!! Friendly staff and great service. Thanks to all for making it a great dining experience.

We ordered to go . The food was not as it should be . The burrito was whole burger divided in half and wrapped with bread , no dressing at all , that’s not the way it should be but it seems they were just trying to do whatever. The mozzarella stick ? I do not see any cheese ? You gave us the Stick without cheese!! The garlic fries , was a fries with no dressing . I totally understand it is a Sunday night but you should care even for pick up or to go . The waiter did not serve us because we said to go and we might get drinks while waiting ! We asked the manger to bring someone to help us!
I will never order pick up/ to go , and maybe not coming back again.

I had a fried chicken sandwich. It was hard as nails. Not chewy. Not crunchy. Hard as nails. My boy had the steak tacos. They were chewier than a rubber band. I would avoid it at all cost.

The cook Anthony was great. Food was delicious. The service was awful. The cook took my order.
