Every time I order to go they always forget my second side, which is Coleslaw. Guess I'll never try it. Wings and fries are great but it's seriously been 15 orders and no Coleslaw just give me extra fries instead.

I was there for half an hour. Nobody came to me for a menu or a drink or customer service then shut that place down.

Wings weren’t tossed, it was clearly a dry rub that was sprinkled on. Not seasoning on the underside of the wings. Burger came out without all the toppings. Drinks were nice and cold. Waitress spent more time at the bar talking than serving. Won’t be back.

I'd encourage anyone to reading this, to take a look at my reviews on other establishments. You'll find that the overwhelming majority of reviews I post are positive. This review will be an unfortunate exception to that rule.

I've been to Hurricanes many times, but this was my first visit in the last couple of years. The food was good, just as I remembered and expected. The service from Erin however, was an utter disappointment.

The food was really good, unlike our server erin who from the moment we were sat in her area was very rude, we sat down gave our drinks order and she came up slammed the drinks down and threw the straws on the table and walked away. About 10 min later came and got our food order.. ok wait another 15 min or so for the food which is normal I believe. We got our food and was not once checked on again. We both put our empty cups at the end of the table and sat our entire meal waiting for a new drink while she stood at the bar making fun of another patrons order on red beans and rice with the bartender. we finally get the attention of a really sweet waitress. only then when our waitress finally noticed us again ( talking to the waitress just walks over and wants to do the job she is paid for, and went to get our drinks! By that time we were well over it and we left, more over will probably not be returning due to her attitude and lack of attention to patrons.

The service was horrible, no host and the bartender watched the host area fill up until I had to ask is there a host, I was told “No” no explanation no can I help you nothing, wasn’t until I got a attitude that someone helped, as well as The food was not done correctly I said light mayo and was met with the whole jar, my food was cold, and this isn’t the 1st time with service
