waiters and waitresses should not be cleaning the floors and bathrooms each night at closing. A cleaning crew should be doing that.

Menu items were not available. Staff blamed this on COVID but you can walk next door to Publix and get 100% of these items right in the frozen foods section. The quality of the entrée I had also was t as good as previous visits. We heard another table complain about their food and the server blamed it on COVID. Management was non existent, normally they are easily identified but there was just a bartender and a single server who were working themselves to death to provide admirable service to the entire restaurant.

The service at the bar is terrible. I just watched the bartender take 7 minutes to pour 2 beers. She made eye contact with me 3 times but would not help me. I had to get up and ask someone else for help.The ambience is terrible and they are playing the sound for "the masked singer" which makes zero sense.Don't come here unless you're really into being ignored and confused.

I found this place randomly when I first moved here and since day one I was hooked. The wings are amazing and the bartenders are even better! Shout out to Hailey and Austin always having a smiling face, sense of humor and awesome service <3 ?? ?

Been coming here for years, I get everyone is short staffed, but the quality of service here has gotten abysmal. The place is always deserted and I understand why now. The second to the last time I was here I ordered a bowl of chili to start and it came in a tiny paper ramekin, my order was incorrect, I orderedr the burger rare, it was shoe leather well done, the tater tots tasted like the grease in the fryer, the bartender was unaware of a drink special that is on a flyer sitting on the bar. Last night I went in , the place was virtually empty, and I was ignored for 10 minutes. Worst of the Hurricane franchises in Jax.

Had a problem with the food, they immediately fixed the problem and the food was great! Haylie, our bartender/server was awesome!

The food was not great and the service was terrible. Be ready to wait 30 minutes for each item you order. It took 30 minutes to bring our drinks, then another 30 minutes to bring our waters. No straws offered. They also didn’t have the ingredients to make the food I ordered so after 30 minutes of waiting for my food they came out and asked me to order something different. Just unbelievably poor service. The garlic parm wings are good though! Unfortunately, I was afraid to order more because I didn’t want to be there for another hour waiting for them.

Service was pretty slow but I think they're short staffed. Food was good and staff was friendly.

Christina was phenomenal professional and very courteous. She is a valuable asset to Hurricanes. The food and drinks were on point. The restaurant was very spacious Thank You Christina for making our first visit so enjoyable

Kristi was our server and she was awesome! We really enjoyed our dinner and service.

Wings are awesome..had j*** wings..Bartender very nice even if wearing Fl Gator shirt..lol..Go Vols....food is Good atmosphere is fun..good vibes..
