kate did an awesome job with our order, very attentive! Food was great as well!

We just had lunch with Kate B. Our food was delicious, large portions (larger than what we could eat!!) and her service was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed, and even had coloring page printed for our daughters. 10/10 would recommend her!

Even though the food was good the service is not. There's a sign that says wait to be seated no one came. Staff was at the bar looking doing nothing and didn't move or tell anyone. Need to do better.

Stopped in to meet friends and had amazing wings with garlic parm fries.

Always great service at the bar. Lizzy & Lilly + all of the others are great! Beers are cold… reasonably priced. All-day happy hour on Mondays and Tuesdays. I have had their wings before and they were very good! Would recommend!

Hurricane Grill & Wings is fantastic! Lily, the bartender, is the absolute best! She's friendly, attentive, and beautiful inside and out! She truly made my experience memorable and turned my long, tough day right around!. Highly recommend!

Always have had a good experience at this hurricane grill and wings as well as the one in San Marco. A friend in me stopped here for lunch after going for a 2-hour hike. Waitress was very attentive. Came out and checked on us for drinks every 5 minutes. They're garlic. Parmesan fries are very good. Just wish they would be more consistent where at times you go there is not enough garlic parmesan and then other times they overload it. But they are very good. They're tacos have always been one of the things I go there for. Food comes out fast without waiting. Definitely coming back

I really don’t know what happened to the service of Hurricane wings, we used to go there often near the Kohl’s location.We reached there around 8 pm and ordered some drinks we were waiting till 8:50 pm to get our drinks , we told the server it’s too slow and he replied arrogantly I have only two hands .Such a pathetic attitude and service as if like we are getting some free services.Please provide some training to them how to provide service to customers.We have many other restaurants which provide better service and we are not going to come here.We got the food all together at 9:20 pm appetizers everything together, we just requested some to go boxes and carry out.Completely spoiled our mood .

This place needs to get their people together. Went in last night for a bday dinner with friends. The waitress never offered my 2 yr old a highchair. We came in because we saw a Facebook post for $6 appetizers from 8 to close and all you can eat wings. I asked about the appetizers and the waitress said it's only on Thursdays. I showed her the FB post and she just kept saying it's for Thursday. I asked her to ask the mgr about it because it should be honored. She was hesitant and then said she would. We waited around for an answer. She came back as if she never had the conversation with us. So I asked again because we were waiting to see what to order. She started all over with the same conversation. Now I'm getting angry because she's avoiding asking a mgr. She comes back again as if we didn't have the conversation and asks if we are ready. We all order and one of my friends asks another waitress after we got some of our food since we still wanted appetizers. The girl told us that they did have them and showed us to look under Thursday in the menu and our waitress hears us asking and said she didn't know. So that right there shows she never bothered to ask ANYONE as we sat there waiting for an answer. She also didn't even acknowledge the fact she was told in front of us and ask if we wanted any. At this point we were done giving anymore money. Several of us ordered the all you can eat wings, boneless, and they were not the wings typically served. I've been to this location so many times and honestly have an issue every time with service. The wings looked like they were cut up chicken tenders being served as wings. I was at that point done with this place. I ordered another mixed drink at the end of our dinner and never received it. My friend saw one sitting at the bar and walked up to ask since I had been waiting so long. It was mine so she brought it to me. At that point we asked for our checks. It's just mind blowing how this place has gone downhill. I won't be coming back. I gave it several tries and the service is unreal..the last time I was there several months ago I sat outside with a friend as we waited over 20 mins for a server as we watched everyone around us being served that sat down way after us. Whoever owns this Hurricanes needs to get it together. I've been to many of them and they are all going downhill. It's always something. I won't be going to any of them again. I've given them all enough money. I have a lot more to say but don't even feel the need to type it out at this point. Beware Folks

It’s a great place to go if you like a laidback vibe. The servers are nice. First time, I got a hamburger. It was ok. The highlight were the fries. Then, I went back and got the Philly cheesesteak. It was good, but it was extremely salty. I definitely want to go back to try the fish and chips.
