They put beef in my omelette instead of steak. NEVER COMING BACK TO THAT IHOP AGAIN.

This review is specific to the IHOP at 9010 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL. My wife and I eat at this IHOP regularly. The food has always been excellent. All of our servers have been friendly, attentive, and accommodating. This, to me, is a direct result of good hiring techniques, training, and ongoing process improvement. All of which are a result of good management. So, thank you to whoever is managing this IHOP.My only gripe is about the restaurant's condition. This IHOP is in desperate need of an update. The booths are well past their worn-out date, and the tables are no better. The floors are sticky, and the decor is old. This affects the atmosphere, not the food.I'd like to express my deep gratitude to Jaydin. He was our server on 17 April, 2024. Not only was he very friendly and great at his job, he is genuinely a good person. When we paid, I accidentally left my credit card on the counter. Jaydin noticed this right before we were about to leave in our car and promptly ran the card out to me. This is the epitome of excellent customer service. We are more than satisfied and will definitely continue coming here for our monthly treat.

Unfortunately there was hair on my plate and my cutlery was dirty. The Waitress was quick to take it away and try to rectify the experience. Grateful for her. I enjoyed the free strawberry lemonade. Unfortunately probably won't return.

Spent an hour trying to call the store for a To-go order, no one ever answered. Got there, store was completely empty and still had to wait 20 mins to order. The manager came in and saw that we were not helped and brushed us off as if our concerns didn’t matter. Staff was very inconsiderate of the customers time and was very slow at attending needs. Food was great, only got help because the cook happened to see us waiting around and went to get someone. 0/10 recommended for experience.

Excellent service and food. Food was perfectly cooked and delivered to our table quickly. Waitress checked several times to see if we needed anything. Appears they could use more staff as there is no hostess to seat people or to process payments resulting in wait staff having to take time away from serving customers to perform those functions
I came here several times. The last time I came, we asked for the bill. When the bill came, they did not come to collect the money. We waited at the table for more than 10 minutes. We didn't want to wait any longer. We left the money on the table. Then we went out. The waiter came after us and asked for money. Disgraceful service. We told him the money was on the table and I wanted to wait outside a little longer. To make sure they get the money. There are problems with the service.
