I usually love IHOP, but my recent experience at the location on 103rd in Jacksonville was extremely disappointing. Our waitress, Morgan, had a really poor attitude and seemed uninterested in providing service. She never refilled our drinks, and we had to ask another waitress for help. To top it off, she charged us almost $16 for a meal we never ordered. This was a frustrating experience, and I hope the management can address these issues.

Very bad location of ihop Everything is bad I really tried all the menu ( Evrything is cold and not fresh ) Today i get philly steak and it was cold and the meat was like is been for 1 year old fries cold , a side of mayo taste like garlic 😂 and the woman who was in the reception she looked like she don’t want to work lol 1 start is too much for this 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Do nooooot come here
