The server was taking so long to bring us the food, the food was cold and burned and I asked her why, she said i don't know, the food was missing a few items and the server was added an item extra on our bill even we not order it, didn't guve us the exact change. Really bad service, not recommend coming.

I bought strawberry cheesecake waffles, they pretended to put the cream on it, it had very little cream, so they put a tiny bit of it in the middle with the smallest spoon, ahaha it would be tasteless without cream.
They seemed to be about 2 servers short of what was needed. The ones there were doing all they could, but food was slow and not hot. Coffee was very weak and pancakes could not melt the butter. Previous experience has been good but not this one.

You best to call in your order to go,because they will have you waiting ✋️ for someone to help you. This is know because I stood there atleast 10 minutes and during this waiting they took 3 calling orders over the phone and I'm still waiting, 2 server came up and put in orders but NEVER took my order. Finally I was waited on by the manger I'm assuming, but he'll he seem sooooo unbother by my ✋️ waiting. Yes I could have just left, but I didn't want to leave and take my frustration out on another restaurant 🙃. Just know when you come here,you get what you get.

My husband and I just left here to get a quick bit to eat no lines no waiting, Waited to be sited for about 10 min the waitress came out to deliver food to other customers she look at me never said anything or knowledge my present , customer service definitely was very poor. Won’t be returning,, 😠
Good IHOP experience. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about either. Blueberry syrup was available upon request.
