We could see the staff trying very hard and some ambience improvements have been made, but the food was ok, not great. There seemed to be a lack of energy, probably because it was a quiet night.

My dinning experience with III Forks was a lil unpleasant .. my meal was the double porkchop, medium well, both times it came worse than the first. I expect a high quality restaurant to be able to tell the difference in the cooking process. however, our waiter Ashley was Amazing and she was apologetic and at one point blamed herself.. The manager was good too, same apilogetic and offered to make it right by offering me another entrée, which I declined and to remove the double...

Overall an excellent restaurant. Food, service and atmosphere was just what we were looking for. It was our last night in Jacksonville and we wanted to dine at a 5 star restaurant- ☑️
