Excellent restaurant!The food is phenomenal! Ordered MeeKrob with chicken and medium-high on the spice (4.5/6 by their measurement) and it was delicious! Presentation was beautiful, flavors were intense in the best way, and the spice level was exactly what I was looking for; I could taste the food and the spice with neither being overpowering.Service was great and took care of our party with patience and care, and made sure we had all that we needed. Wait to be seated was reasonable, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. One member of our team had some "particles" in his drink, so ice machine might need to be cleaned, but other than that minor issue, it was a superb experience!

The narrowest staircase known to man is the only way to get up outside of a locked elevator access. And if you call to ask for elevator assistance, they will leave you out there for 10 minutes. Some customer service! Im going to be looking into disability law and see if this cant be reported, as clearly they will not make their restaurant more accessible unless forced to do so.

I’ve never had Thai food before and manager recommended this place for lunch. I opted to try the drunken noodles and chicken satay and loved both! I’m not a fan of very spicy food, so I got a lvl 3 for the drunken noodles and it did have some kick to it!

Been going here for years. Love the place. But tonight they really hit a major low, which I certainly gave them the opportunity to remedy. So I ordered to-go, asked for “extra sauce on the side” to go with my pad Thai and I get home and they left the extra sauce out (that well I can understand happens… ) however they also chose to not even put any sauce on the pad Thai. As much as this sucks, I also understand this happens. So I called to get them to fix this by refunding the meal and they refused.

Another hidden gem of Jacksonville… The ambience is beautiful. The service is very attentive, and the food is always spot on. This is a great spot for a fancy date night or a working lunch without all the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant. very quiet and inviting the food is always amazing. I’ve been able to try a lot of dishes over the years because the portions are usually shareable. My favorite is the seafood pho spice level three and the Vietnamese coffee. If you can’t tell I look forward to coming back soon.

Indochine never disappoints. I organized a work dinner for 20. They sat us right away, served us efficiently, and everyone enjoyed the food. Drunken noodles was great. Spice level 4 is hot. Others had the curry and duck. The place has a nice atmosphere and staff are helpful and nice.Vegetarian options: Tofu and veggie options.

I have been a faithful customer of Indochine for several years. They have the best Thai food in Jax. However, this was my last visit. The service staff is new and got upset with me for asking if the establishment was still open after standing and waiting for over 10 minutes to be seated. Indochine used to close around 3/4pm so I wasn’t sure. When we finally were seated, the waiter (an old thin white male), yelled are y’all ready to order yet, we replied no, he replied and yelled “well I can’t believe you all aren’t ready to order when you were so ready to sit down”. Now, how am I supposed to trust this person with handling my food when he so foolishly got upset over a simple question?I understand that it is not easy serving people and it’s not easy serving people all day. However, management did not address his behavior so we had to leave. It’s unfortunate. This is my favorite Thai spot in Jax and the best Thai food. New owners, please take the time to train your new employees. Also, owners please acknowledge the lack of customer service and problems to prevent losing additional customers because I can’t imagine that I am the only person to experience your worker’s bad customer service.
