Probably been here 20 times, not sure if they have new management but worst experience ever. Took over an hour for two orders of wings and two salads manager never came over and then when he finally did seemed unapologetic. Restaurant was completely empty. Will not be back and we’ll make sure to mention the service others. There are too many other options for American bar food to wait an hour and then get treated like garbage

Literally just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life! The food was alright but in a span of about 3 hours, I was asked 0 times if I needed anything. I pride myself on being courteous to people so I couldn’t understand why she only spoke to others at the bar and seemed to avoid me! I asked for my check and was told “it’ll be a few minutes”, I said “ok thanks”! After about 30 minutes of waiting, another waitress asked if I needed anything and I told her I was waiting on the check, she literally brought it over in 30 seconds! I will never go back to this establishment, nor will I advise anyone to spend money with them!

Burger was literally raw. Didn't complain brought it home for the dog he was happy. Wings were perfect though. Salad was banging and kido like the nachos BBQ thing just over priced for what they are about just wasn't worth the bill 98 bucks for 3 but all good if you like tacos or wings supposedly this the spot.
