Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Worst wings I've ever had. Barely cooked and have some gelatinous goo inside them. Never had wings like that. Ordered 2 Bleu cheese and got 1 ranch. Ordered buffalo medium and they had absolutely zero sauce on them. Got through 2 wings and threw the other 14 away. 0/10 wouldn't recommend to anyone

Wings over cooked and no flavor on them. Their ranch dipping sauce was cutdown with water so much that you couldn’t use it as a dip. For being a wings place, their wings sucked,

I enjoy most items on Chilis menu but I ordered the Old timers Burger -mustard,add mayo that was the best burger I’ve have had in a long time. I give that burger a A+, it was thick, juicy and delicious ! Thanks Chilis Bring back the free chips and salsa, and as always my favorite dessert Paradise Pie the best dessert you have ever had, mistake taking it off the menu !

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

I love their food but they only delivered half of my order. Bought four serving of chick and fry combos and only received two of them.

Terrible experience. Wings had NO sauce. And our dry rub order was drowning in sauce. Fries were gross and inedible. Total waste of $30.

I called ahead of time as I was going to be about 10 minutes late from my pickup time. I wasn’t informed until I arrived curbside that mango habanero was out. I took BBQ. I got back to work, checked my wings and they were barely sauced which I was like ok maybe they were busy… I took one bite, looked down, and my wings were RAW with blood showing! I am 25 weeks pregnant, and CANNOT afford salmonella poisoning. I immediately had to go to the bathroom and make myself throw up, as to not risk getting it. I checked the rest which were also raw… I called and spoke to management, and he apologized.. he processed a refund and I feel bad, because this is a ghost kitchen for Door Dash and there wasn’t actually someone I could speak to on behalf of IJW. This is sad. I couldn’t even eat lunch after that… DO BETTER, I was a previous manager of Zaxby’s and know how dangerous that could be for someone, even if not pregnant like myself. Shoutout to the manager of Chili’s, as he was super understanding and nice.
