My husband and I had dinner at Juliette's prior to a concert at the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts. Service was friendly and generally very good, although our burgers arriver prior to the bottle of wine we had ordered much earlier. My burger was prepared more well done than medium well (how I ordered it) but it was still tasty as were the fries. My husband's burger was exactly as he likes it. We recommend Juliette's for dinner prior to events in downtown Jacksonville. The menu is not large but offers enough variety to suit most people.

We had lunch at Juliette's Bistron on Friday after seeing the Jacksonville Symphony Holiday Pop's show. This is so convenient because the hotel is directly across the street from the theatre. I had Fish Tacos and my husband had the hot chicken sandwich. Their French fries are absolutely amazing. If you are going to see the symphony this is a perfect location and you can make a reservation through Open Table.

This was a far different experience that the last time we ate at Juliette's over a year ago. The red snapper was one of the best restaurant meals I have ever had, the service was quick and efficient. They finally have all their ducks in a row. Bravo!!

John was an amazing server, the food was absolutely delicious, and the prices very reasonable for the setting and location. Highly recommend this for a dining experience downtown!

Went to an event at Symphony and thought we would try dinner at Juliette's Bistro. Had the Hanger Steak and wife had Red Snapper. Was very good. Waiter, John, was attentive. Good experience.

Eating here is a great convenience when attending a show at the Jacksonville Center for Performing Arts, which is right across the street. The food is quite good and served promptly, especially when you inform the server of the show time.

We had a lovely meal before the play. Service was fast! I would highly recommend this as a great place before a show. We also valet parked and the ease of getting our vehicle was fantastic.

I've been hesitant to go back because of how things had declined prior to Marriott taking over. Well, no need to wait. The food was excellent, the service friendly and efficient, and the prices reasonable. I had the wedge salad with salmon and my friend had the same with shrimp. Salads were fresh with plentiful blue cheese dressing that was so good we both ate every last morsel. The salmon was cooked perfectly and spiced just right. My friend loved her shrimp. We topped it off with the chocolate torte, which was creamy and delicious. After dinner the manager stopped by our table to ask how it was, and we were happy to report we will be back!

One of the worst dining experiences we've had. Ordered their burger med/well which arrived black & burnt on the exterior & undercooked & cold on the interior . Our waitress kept ignoring us when motioned for her . My husband had to get up w plate in hand & carry it over to the manager in which he apologized & said would bring another. The same burnt charred still undercooked raw burger was just placed on a new bun & brought back. The other pasta entree we ordered looked like a child's portion for price of $28. Needless to say We Will NEVER GO BACK!!
