My husband and I had dinner at Juliette's prior to a concert at the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts. Service was friendly and generally very good, although our burgers arriver prior to the bottle of wine we had ordered much earlier. My burger was prepared more well done than medium well (how I ordered it) but it was still tasty as were the fries. My husband's burger was exactly as he likes it. We recommend Juliette's for dinner prior to events in downtown...

We had lunch at Juliette's Bistron on Friday after seeing the Jacksonville Symphony Holiday Pop's show. This is so convenient because the hotel is directly across the street from the theatre. I had Fish Tacos and my husband had the hot chicken sandwich. Their French fries are absolutely amazing. If you are going to see the symphony this is a perfect location and you can make a reservation through Open Table.

This was a far different experience that the last time we ate at Juliette's over a year ago. The red snapper was one of the best restaurant meals I have ever had, the service was quick and efficient. They finally have all their ducks in a row. Bravo!!
