I recently dined at this restaurant with a group of six and was very disappointed to find a mandatory 25% service fee automatically added to our bill. This excessive charge is supposedly to cover the cost of a live DJ, which is not a service patrons should be obligated to subsidize — especially when they didn’t ask for or benefit from it directly.
What’s more troubling is that the restaurant does not reflect the quality or atmosphere of an upscale establishment that might justify such a fee. The service and food were average at best, and the overall experience did not align with the added costs being forced upon customers.
Tacking on a 25% fee without warning feels more like exploitation than hospitality, and I believe diners should be clearly informed of such charges up front — especially when they’re paying for entertainment that benefits the venue more than the guests.
I won’t be returning, and I caution others to look closely at the fine print before dining here. Transparency and fairness should always be part of the dining experience.

Did a take out of shrimp & corn $24 bucks. The one thing i like about J&C is they do use deveined shrimp. Who wants to sit and clean cooked shrimp befote eating.

I will celebrate my husband Father's Day. Yesterday and we had a ball. The drinks with me on time. The food was delicious and I didn't have a problem. It didn't take long. We enjoyed ourselves up to good music and the atmosphere of the club. It was nice clean. It's the best of my knowledge. It was clean. And we had a ball. Enjoying Father's Day meal with the family of 15 and they was able to accommodate us for my big family. I appreciate it thumbs up to you guys. I really appreciate y'all. I have a good time and the Bahama mamas was flowing, and it was rocking. You must go by there and try to eat behind my mama's They are so good.There's a drink now

No idea what the food is like, but seeing your employees sitting outside next to the Urgent care which does preemployment drug screenings smoking marijuana and passing it around. Definitely won’t ever be trying it either

Food is always good and fresh!! I like that they give you the option to add veggies to your seafood boil bag! Drinks are good!! Good happy hour!! Service is really good as well! Denzel is the best!!!!
