They don’t take any call ahead to order for pickup or delivery. The parking lot is very small. It doesn’t have entrance or exit. Takes about one hour for small orders.

I thought this place be closed by now. For some reason all black women work here. Why. Red hair was in my food. Nobody has nets on their head. AND they have on crocks. Not shoes.

I got the banana pudding and there was no banana and the pudding tasted artificial, i also got the red velvet cake and the cake was dry but everything else like the food was good but the dessert

Salt on food should not look like snow on mountains. I love the food but somebody has a VERY heavy hand.

A bunch of disrespectful children working here not 1 mature adult in sight! This was the worst customer service I have ever received. The girl at the window was not only extremely rude to my parents and I but, I also witnessed them lock the doors and proceed to argue with several customers through the door because they were upset about their food orders. My order was brought out but, when we inquired about our second order we were met with an attitude and told “it’s coming” we tried waiting patiently but it was made abundantly clear that they were serving other customers that came AFTER us before us! I know this because the workers came to our car twice with the wrong order #’s and both of them were after ours. When we tried to go in and get a refund they refused to reopen the doors (during business hours) with customers inside and told us to go through the drive thru which had a line!!! Then once we got back in the line a girl comes out the back door with our food which we had to flag down in the rain because at this point we were stuck in the line. This was a clear sign of unprofessional behavior as it was obviously a spiteful move made by the cashier. Instead of allowing us inside the building and handing the food to us she made us go back through the drive through. Service like this makes the entire community look bad! Managers need to run the cameras back and start cleaning house!

Be careful went there was given fried chicken that still had blood oozing out of it after being fried. I was quite amazed at how customer friendly the Muslim guy that manages this lemon pepper was. He was very friendly and re-made my chicken box. There chicken also has a funny taste to it.
