The people inside are very friendly and polite, but the seafood itself (crabs) is ALWAYS so small with little meat in them. Yes, they always say they put extra in the trays, but I believe that's to throw the customer off or to make the customer feel special, as if they're getting a deal. I'm not sure, but I wish they had better quality; their business would be like it used to be before they moved to that building.

Everytime I go to Jackson's they treat me like family. I have been a patron of their business for years. The owners are also sooo super sweet and they usually have great seafood for a good price. Would always recommend.
The place pretty clean but the food wasn't all that I will never buy seafood from this place again Ima stick with the seafood place I been going at on the northside

I recently visited Jackson De Seafood, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The customer service was absolutely top-notch — the owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about ensuring I had the best possible experience. They were so gentle and nice, taking the time to answer all my questions and offer helpful suggestions.
As for the seafood itself, I was thoroughly impressed. The snapper I purchased was nothing short of immaculate — fresh, firm, and beautifully filleted. The quality was evident as soon as I saw it, and the taste confirmed that I was eating something truly exceptional.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the market was impeccable, creating a pleasant and inviting environment to shop in. I will definitely be returning for all my future seafood needs! Highly recommend!
