I had higher expectations when we came. Food was ok but they were out of some of the sides and they didn’t have any ice for soft drinks

This restaurant has great tasting burgers. They even have gluten free buns.
Adding gluten free fries to the menu would be good.

We live in Pennsylvania and were visiting family in Jacksonville, FL who suggested Jumpin'Jax for lunch after church. The menu was extensive with reasonable prices. I ordered the Caribbean Chicken Salad which had a variety of fresh greens, vegetables and the grilled chicken breast was very flavorful. It was just yummy and the portion so large that I took some of it home to enjoy later. My husband enjoyed one as well. Our family members had sandwiches and fries and they ejoyed them as well. The most unusual thing was when you place your order you receive a card with an unusual phrase printed on it. When the food is ready, the server carries it through the dining area calling out the phrase until the customer signals where they are sitting. It was just a fun twist on serving. I wish there was a Jumpin' Jax in my neighborhood. We would be regular customers.

We used to love this place, but the last several times we went we had a terrible experience. It’s always packed and yet no one has food. Also, I understand sometimes bringing out a small child food ahead of time, but bringing individual meals out LITERALLY one at a time truly takes away from the dining experience. It’s also clearly confusing for the staff. They are wasting time running meals one at a time and constantly checking ALL the tickets.

This place used to be great. Service and food are now substandard. Better options are not far from here....

Ordered online to pick up. Ordered burgers medium well, they were raw inside so we had to cook them at home before we could eat them. NONE of the toppings on the burgers were correct except for the add on of avocado, you pay extra for this and there were three very tiny little pieces about the size of the tip of my pinky finger. Pasta salad was so gross, pasta was gummy and chewy, the dressing I think was pesto (?) it was nasty and there was one piece of tomato and I think the other thing was a piece of cucumber? Didn't look overly clean inside the restaurant. Horrible lunch for the money. First and last time there.

I want to send a big “Thank You” to your Downtown team! Everything was wonderful and our Regional Directors were superhappy with their food! My black bean burger was out of this world!
