Terrible service the clown at the front is insulting and looks like he doesn’t want to help anyone. Waited 15 min to see if I could buy some shrimp and have it cleaned and he’s response was “you’re a woman you have to clean it” never coming back

I ordered from Uber eats and was extremely disappointed. My food came FROZEN and drenched in this nasty butter garlic sauce. I called the place to let them know and the person on the phone told me they were busy and hung up on me. I ordered the half snow crab and half blue crab and received half FROZEN shrimp and half FROZEN crab. We attempted talking to the owner and only received a message from one of his employees that we should either bring the food to the restaurant or contact Uber eats. I am not from Jacksonville so I do not have a car since I am here on business. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Save your money and time.

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE! I FOUND WIRED SPONGE IN MY SHRIMP TRAY! The owner did not want to refund me because he says I ate some of the shrimp & there is no refunds at all. After threatening to call the police & health services he decided to give me my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! They are washing bad shrimp & trying to sell it with extra seasoning the mask the smell! THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE SHUTTING THIS PLACE DOWN!

I ordered food from uber and the food delivered looked as if you guys just grabbed leftovers from the fridge and shoved them in the box. The food was REFRIGERATOR COLD. I won’t review on uber because my driver was fantastic but I will NOT be ordered from you again. “Fresh” seafood? Nope. Plus everything was so coated in butter when I opened it up a piece of sausage clung to the top of the box as if for dear life. When I microwaved the food a majority of the seasoning slide off as the butter melted again. It was extremely disappointing.
