Chicken was dry. I ordered online. My husband had a lunch with a friend there, so I ordered whole chicken plus half chicken he ordered. I ordered 3 flavor sauce that I never received. As such, chicken was very dry. Very disappointed.

I should have known something was wrong when I saw a household microwave by the drive thru window. So am I supposed to believe the food is hot and ready? That is not food safe neither should it be in a restaurant that calls itself Quality Barbecue. Why not have a commercial food warmer to keep the food hot? Nothing was quality about it. Someone could get sick. Eat here at your own risk. I will not return and will not recommend anyone to eat here.

20 mins and 5 people behind the counter and still not waited on and this place e was not crowded counting me only 3 people on line and I was 2nd in line . We walked out , poor service .

Ok so usually when we takeout or go through drive thru the food and peoples are friendly and welcoming. NOT THIS TIME!! spent almost $80 and the meat was over cooked (almost burnt and very dry) and the woman taking our order was NOT friendly at all. BAD ATTITUDE FROM
We eat here often, love the service most the time but this time the server, India had a terrible attitude and left a sour taste in my mouth, glared as we walked in the door and didn’t speak until we got to the counter. We were very dissatisfied with the service and I don’t know if I’ll be coming back.

We stopped for lunch on a Saturday and were greeted by Heather who was welcoming and very friendly. We were seated quickly after a brief explanation of the meat in the display cooler. I've been to TR before in several states but never have had that experience. Bryson was our server and I literally only want him when we go again. Super friendly, the BEST customer service skills, engaging, funny. (Roll Tide!) All the things. We had my friend's toddler with us and he put her food in first so it came out before ours. Without asking. It was perfect. I had the 6 oz sirloin and asked for medium well. It was more well done but that's the risk you take with a small size steak. It was flavorful and tender. I had the house salad and mashed potatoes as my sides and both were very good. The rolls were amazing, of course. I'll be back with my husband very soon.

Jenkin's have become a hit and miss place to order from. I guess the new generation don't have what the old generation had and they don't care. They don't understand that their customers is what keep them in business.

The chicken and ribs were absolutely the Worst! My son described the taste of the ribs as the same taste you have in your mouth after you throw up.The chicken was horrible and so dry, I couldn't find any meat. I was in the lobby, I waited for this order for 30 mins, there was no way they had no idea and they just they bagged up this mess that cost me 60 bucks.I got a full rack of ribs and a chicken sandwich.However the fries, were excellent.

Nothing bad to say not a long wait and food was excellentVegetarian options: This is not a place for non meat eaters unless you want just fries, coleslaw, corn nuggets, cake, and I think that's about it SORRY BOODietary restrictions: If you're on a diet this is never the place for you SORRYParking: The parking lot is not too big and at times not all the time it can get crowded but the food is greatKid-friendliness: They always greet you and always have smiles on their faces wonderful workers always...Wheelchair accessibility: No electronic doors you would have to have someone open the door for you but I have see them a couple times come from behind the counter for the customer's. Like I said great staff ALWAYS
