What’s up with the attitude when you hit no tip after paying for a $6 soft serve ice cream that literally takes two seconds to do?
The employee was visibly annoyed and proceeded to take her time. Watched her go to the back room, talk with friends, before finally walking over and making my order in 10sec, pulling a lever and filled a cup up
Do you not pay your employees? Or is it the entitlement?
I found out a way to bypass it….pay in cash ice creams good most of the time
The ice cream is delicious, the place is not very comfortable, neither inside nor outside, the service is not the best either, however, I go very often just because the ice cream is a thousand percent worth it.

The dessert was good but the place was disgusting. My granddaughter had to use the restroom but no way. The place was absolutely filthy inside and out.

After I ordered I’m about to pay, I saw the worker added the vanilla ice cream ingredient to the machine the bag was ripped and spilled all over her hand and she lagging She not even had gloves On with long nails disgusting she tray take the spilled ingredients inside the machine
