Fire the ENTIRE staff and start again. This is by far some of the worst customer service experience I have ever seen on multiple occasions. The wait time is horrible and the staff will beat you getting mad if you even begin to express how long your wait time has been. I had one experience where a stud came to the vehicle to bring the food talking with her hands and was very confrontational because she didn’t like that we had previously came to the window after waiting 45 minutes to as for an update on our food. Another occasion we sat in line for about 20 minutes, got to the window, they took our order, came back 20 minutes later and another person came to the window and said we don’t have enough food to serve you. We barely have enough food to meet the orders we have in front of you. When we asked why that wasn’t communicated instead of taking our order the staff member just stood there like a deer in headlights. Then when we pulled off we seen the car behind us stay and was parked as if they were told to wait for food. The staff is poorly trained, under trained, and just outright has no clue on what effective communication consists of. If you have hours to sit with the possibility of getting no food and they are going to be out of something every time I have came. The food is NOT bad. However, the poor service makes you say it’s not worth it. Apparently whoever owns this place does not care either because the overall reviews that are placed are saying the same thing.. Do better by your patrons Jerrome Brown Barbeque!!!

I waited at the drive thru window 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When the window was finally opened I asked what the wait time was and was told 30 minutes. Never again will I waste my time at this place 😒.

Joann needs to be replaced fast..... Instead of taking our order right .... She was trying to have a conversation on her cell phone and take our order..... And everything was wrong including the name on the receipt..... My husband is one of the famous rappers of Jacksonville and this is how he get treated in his hometown..... I'm disgusted with this service..... And yes this will be the last time we ever come here and support...... We spent $51.46 everyone in here are very unprofessional all of them..... So I already know this food about to be slack and maybe nasty..... But I will write another review when food finish..... And your employees arguing.....🤦🤦

The food is actually good & The staff is Nice, but MY GOD are they slow. literally you can order your food ahead of time, for example you can order your food before the store even open and they still won't have your order ready when you get there. I ordered my food at 10:30 this morning on doordash, The outside my food would be ready by 11:35, I get there at 11:40 and my food still wasn't done. I didn't get my food until 11:54. again they're not bad people in the food is good just please be prepared for your food to take forever to get to you.

The Cashier Jade she was cool and and extremely beautiful. Half of the menu is out of stock and walking in the restaurant let's just it have potential but it need to be rebuild that been established since 1997 so it definitely need a major upgrade they need workers as well. They got my order wrong which is highly disappointing. This was my first and be my last coming. I love supporting my people it's the attitude and respect this restaurant needs to work on.

The most slowest & Nonchalant. Waited in drive thru for 30mins at 1:00pm and still did not even make it to the speaker. & the staff were yelling that they were drive thru only. The lobby is locked

There is no point in placing orders through door dash/uber. Had to sit in the drive through line for over an hour to pick up an order. The only reason I didn’t cancel my order is because I wouldn’t have gotten a refund. The wait time here is absolutely ridiculous.
