They don’t accept call in orders.Customer service is awful. Stood in line 20 minutes or better, no acknowledgement from staff and no one working the front register. Finally, the daughter asked if everyone’s ordered had been taken. After a few no responses, she replied that you can use the kiosk. You’ve never known it was working because it didn’t appear to be on. After a 45 minute wait. My rib sandwich wasn’t prepared correctly. I asked for center cut with hot sauce and fries with hot sauce. Didn’t get neither. Ribs were over cooked. Your quality of food has definitely declined.

Attitude and a service goes a long way, but most of all the your wait time shouldn’t be an hour or 45 minutes, especially when your paying good money upfront. You have a good establishment and product. Management needs to step up and provide better and faster service for our people. The Name historical , but they must do better .

Parking: Wow parking was OK. The employee that worked inside started smoking next to my car that was parked. Obviously I don’t smoke. It wasn’t pleasant very unprofessional. They need a designated Smoke spot for employees to break.

Absolute trash establishment. Sat at their window 20 mins while the ignorant girl working window never even acknowledged me. Been like that the last 3 times I wanted to try them. Owners are morons for allowing their business to be ran so poorly.

Cashier took my order and failed to listen .U already have to wait 30 minutes to get the food.They offered to replace it but I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. PRACTICE CUSTOMER SERVICE these older ladies set their in their ways...understood but right is right. SPEED plays a main factor

I did a mobile order on uber and I’ve been sitting in here for 38 minutes and im still waiting I’m watching stuff be put into microwaves like Wdf is going on I thought bbq was supposed to be on a grill it’s ridiculous how long they taking u might as well call it fake bbq trifling we microwave food on the label I see they responses to these reviews and I wish they would tell me to bringmy food back for my refund u need give me my food and a refund bc no way bbq take 40 sum minutes when I order online for my stuff to be ready.

The food is good but the mother and daughter are very nasty they talk to they employees like trash food wait time more the 40 mins just for a half a chicken and drink I wouldn't recommend it to nobody I'm responding to the foolishness I never ever tried to hsve a relationship with nobody I never tried to get a number now i do come to establishment i did flirt a few times nothing more and i been stopped speaking because all in all I was being nice because of the negative energy in the place I done seen 3 times where u yell at your workers the girl n boy cashier gone because of the attitude of you and your mother I ask for a side for waiting for a hour practically and you throw what your daddy do but all in all LIKE I SAY I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED NOBODY TO COME HERE THE NEXT TIME IMA RECORD THE RUDENESS AND SLOWNESS OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOU WON'T SEE ME COMING SO BE PREPARE You wrote a whole paragraph coming at me now I'ma be petty and the daughter wrote that not the owner lol but ok let's play

A caution to any Dashers or Uber DO NOT PICK UP FROM HERE! Not only was Everyone (customers and employees included) arguing while they waited the typical wait time was about an hour.

I'm tired of Happy Hour constantly somehow being the perfect time the damn store closes down. Had my ass wait a whole HOUR BEFORE THEY CANCELED MY ORDER!!!!! that really pissed me off. Seems like it's become common for this store to close at random times and it's tiring as hell when you order food and are made to wait an 45 minutes to an HOUR and then being canceled on by the store itself. If you don't have enough product, DONT OPEN FOR THE DAY!!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich, a rib sandwich, potato salad, baked beans, and banana pudding. First of all, the customer service was horrible. The drive thru speaker has been broken for at least a year. The cashier at the drive thru window didn’t even speak, he just opened the window and said “yeah”… that was our que to order. The wait was ridiculous. The meat was reheated, not fresh at all. The food was nasty (all except the baked beans and the sauce on the bread). I’ll never waste my money here again.
