Jersey Mike's Subs

The associates were very friendly and helpful. The sandwich was ok, except I specifically asked if the subroutine was soft because I can't bite it if not. They, all 4, said oh yes it is definitely soft. I got my sandwich exactly as I wanted it fixed, EXCEPT, the roll isn't soft. I will definitely recommend the place because of the staff and fresh delicious food, but I can't eat the sandwich without taking it apart.

Have a glass window with what appears to be a bullet hole, my buff chicken Philly had so much buffalo sauce it was pouring out I had to just open the sandwich and eat it with a fork! I enjoy sauce but not enough that I need a straw to eat my sub!

Tasted great but just an annoying eating experience. Staff was friendly and fast and it was busy.

Funny that the don’t open even a half hour after their posted hours and the employees just sit there and stare at you and laugh as you look in.

I was unfamiliar with the particular type of card swiping mechanism they have, and the girl behind the counter couldn't explain it to me in a way that I could understand, but that was the only hiccup and we quickly got it sorted out.

Cashier not knowing how to do anything should be in the kitchen somewhere. How you not have a way to use a gift card at the register. Then responds. I don't know how you bought the gift card. That's irrelevant its a GIFT CARD, You should be able to scan the barcode. DUH. didn't want nothing after dealing with this silliness.

Placed an online order that said pickup at 7…arrived and waited 20 damn minutes while the girl handling the food was putting the wrong items in the wrong bags, moving slow as hell…tried to give this place another chance as the same thing happened a week ago and SAME THING…these folks need to get it together

Shoutout to Jacob, Joan, and Alena (that’s A-L-E-N-A—give this squad their flowers, managers!). I came in yesterday just wanting a mini tuna. I walked out feeling like Danny DeVito in those Jersey Mike’s commercials—ready to leap into the sandwich and yell, “I’m going in!”

I was celebrating a personal win, and somehow, the celebration turned up another notch when I realized—boom—bonus MyMike’s points! That tuna was free, and yet felt priceless.

To management: These three didn’t just give “a sub above”—they gave me a top-tier customer service, lunch joy, and comedy-level timing.
