“This place was amazing, my son was just diagnosed with Celiac disease he’s 9 and we haven’t been able to find a lot of places with gluten free options that he likes. But he loved it & the employees that helped us last night were amazing. They made sure to have his bread on a totally different tray. We really appreciate this 💚 He said “ oh we’re going back to that place again”. Lol

“The associates were very friendly and helpful. The sandwich was ok, except I specifically asked if the subroutine was soft because I can't bite it if not. They, all 4, said oh yes it is definitely soft. I got my sandwich exactly as I wanted it fixed, EXCEPT, the roll isn't soft. I will definitely recommend the place because of the staff and fresh delicious food, but I can't eat the sandwich without taking it apart.“

“I called in a sub in a tub around 3:30pm today and the young man that took my order was so pleasant. Got to the store around 4. They were a lil busy but they were still very friendly and took care of everyone with a smile. The lady with the glasses must have been a manager bc she very much carried herself like one. I didn't expect anything free due to the wait but she insisted. Thank you for that. After a very very hard day, it was nice to have a kind gesture. There was another young man with glasses that was on his second day of work, he was very patient and did very well while under the pressure of being busy. Keep up the good work. The young man that fixed my sub in a tub was the same man that took my call in. He made it VERY well. The right amount of every ingredient, and he cut my banana peppers up☺️ thank you so much for that. He had a very calming spirit and a positive aura that made you just want to smile. My food was excellent. Most ppl do not understand that when preparing someones food, you have to do it with positive energy because it reflects in the outcome of the food. Thank you so much young man. I enjoyed it. Gotta get him to make it every time I come. There was another worker that came in but I could tell her energy was BAD. She walked in, didn't smile when customers looked at her, and when the other employees said hi to her, she said nothing and kept walking with an ugly frown on her face. I'm glad she was not there when my food was being prepared. I was going to post a pic but that good didn't even make it out of the parking lot lol“

“Excellent cheesesteak! Unfortunately, the Penny Pinchers are taking over. I asked for a ketchup on my cheesesteak. They had none. Not a squeeze bottle for the grill. Nor packets of ketchup for the customers. But, the cheese steak was excellent, mwah! 😘“

“Food is very good, I had an issue with a forgotten item in my order.
They referred me to the Regional Manager who got me refunded and set me up for a sandwich.

I appreciate the kind and responsive service this chain provided to me.
