“I wanted to share with you a really great story from today that relates to this location. My company was using the catering service and we under-ordered, I’m not sure how that happened. It was our fault.

When Destiny arrived, we discovered the problem and shared the issue with her, and she immediately got to work, calling the store and having them work on a much larger order to fill our needs, and she was incredibly patient not defensive. She knew we had made a mistake didn’t take it personally and was so kind, and it really brought peace to all of us.

I then followed her to the store where she already had them working on the fix and the whole team was really dived in and were very patient even though we had certainly put them under a lot of pressure. The people at the store who were helping with this order were Jason, Jeremiah, and Destiny herself.

I just can’t even tell you what a blessing it was to us how fast they moved and we were able to actually deliver the corrected order within three minutes of our agenda lunchtime, which was really remarkable. I had quite a bit of pressure today because of this and your team was like a shining light!

The food was outstanding as usual, and the service was next level.“

“The associates were very friendly and helpful. The sandwich was ok, except I specifically asked if the subroutine was soft because I can't bite it if not. They, all 4, said oh yes it is definitely soft. I got my sandwich exactly as I wanted it fixed, EXCEPT, the roll isn't soft. I will definitely recommend the place because of the staff and fresh delicious food, but I can't eat the sandwich without taking it apart.“

“Outstanding service on Christmas Eve

I can’t say enough good things about the two gentlemen working at closing time on Christmas Eve. The store still had a line of customers and to-go orders to fill yet they remained incredibly friendly, calm, and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible without missing a beat as I stood and watched.

I ordered pick up and was in a rush, my order was running late and I explained that I was desperately trying to get a sandwich to my daughter before she had to leave for her night shift at the hospital. Without hesitation, they quickly finished preparing her sandwich and sent me on my way with such kindness and understanding.

Because of them, I made it home with just five minutes to spare before she left for work. Their professionalism, compassion, and cool demeanor during a last-minute rush about 10 minutes before closing truly stood out.

These are exactly the kind of employees you want running your business. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have them. Thank you both for being so cool, friendly, and calm during the holiday rush. I appreciate you!“

“Excellent cheesesteak! Unfortunately, the Penny Pinchers are taking over. I asked for a ketchup on my cheesesteak. They had none. Not a squeeze bottle for the grill. Nor packets of ketchup for the customers. But, the cheese steak was excellent, mwah! 😘“

“Food is very good, I had an issue with a forgotten item in my order.
They referred me to the Regional Manager who got me refunded and set me up for a sandwich.

I appreciate the kind and responsive service this chain provided to me.
