Today, I decided to take my chance to order my family's dinner from here. Mind you, I haven't eaten here in over a year or so. I had points for free food, but I would not come in to use them. The service was grizzly. No smiles, no thank-you, and total rudeness. For the record, today's service was so pleasant, kind, and exceptional. The staff was organized, without the chaos as before. That made the food great. I will start visiting again.The new management sign was delightful to see.

I went there today 11/21 for lunch after a Dr's. Appt and getting bad news that our vehicle that we recently had a bad car crash in is totaled. Needless to say upsetting and the workers at jersey mikes they were warm,Friendly and really made me smile and made a horrible day better just by listening and making my sandwich with love. It's nice to have a sandwich shop who truly cares about their customers.To the GM of this store you hired some wonderful people especially who worked today around 3pm.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Can definitely maneuver a wheelchair in here

Terrible customer service. And the sub was drenched in oil. It was an awful mess of a sub. To make it worse, I had just ordered the same sub from Firehouse before going there and the Firehouse sub was perfect and the customer service was better than the jersey Mike's as well. I won't be trying them again. And it was my first time trying both of those places. I'm a food blogger and mystery shopper.

I've gone often enough that, although I haven't been in at least a month or 2, they know and remember exactly how I love my Mike's toppings❣️ Always feel good vibes and great attitude, so I'm comfortable to have a bite there, instead of taking it all with me❣️And, for me, that's priceless❣️ Parking: Alway convenient when I go❣️ Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking in front by front door

I have gotten lunch here a few times as its close to my office and the food order is always accurate and ready on time. Two things that seem to be falling on the wayside at other restaurants lately. Zero complaints as they always get it right here when we order!

I felt awkward going into this place ... I was really happy as it was my first time and the lady working just laughed at me and wasn't helpful. She got my friend's order completely wrong and didn't ask us to split it...she just assumed he would pay for it, and that's wrong . I also got VIOLENTLY sick after eating this food. My friend had a bad reaction, too, and he eats cheap fast food frequently. Be careful....health inspection needs to frequent this place more often. It is grossly overpriced for what you get and the GF bread falls apart and tastes like cardboard....that's unfair to those with true allergies. I will not be back.

My fist time tying this and I had the young man to give me his favorite. I must say it was very good I love a good sub. Just wish they could have toasted it for me by it was very good cold so it's a win win
