Excellent cheesesteak! Unfortunately, the Penny Pinchers are taking over. I asked for a ketchup on my cheesesteak. They had none. Not a squeeze bottle for the grill. Nor packets of ketchup for the customers. But, the cheese steak was excellent, mwah! 😘

I usually have a really good experience, especially at this location so close to my house but it just felt weird when I walked in like I annoyed them for not having a pick up order and the customer service wasn't friendly from one of the girls. The experience really made me feel unwelcome is all.

I ordered a steak cheese with gluten-free yesterday and I got food poisoning with a stomachache today. I don’t know how they prepared the food, but the hygiene of this place is in question. No management was present in the store.

They don't pay attention to your order. Asked for no mayo and they put a ton on. My gf can't have it and bit into it... The last time we had both of our sandwiches missing several toppings and had toppings on we didn't want. It's not hard to make a sandwich... please read the ticket.

This is probably the last jersey Mike’s I’d go to and it’s the closest to my home. Had 3 experiences that solidified my experience 1. Came in late(my mistake) didn’t realize they closed at 9. Both workers look at each other and then look at me in piece it together and go my bad I’m going to go I didn’t know you close at 9. They insisted to serve me so I stayed, at this point they were forcing it with one of the workers huffing and puffing. I coulda left and avoided awkward attitude. 2. People use pick up orders to make sure they can grab and go. I get there and they are busy, fair. I tell them I have a pick up order (it’s been 25mins since I ordered) 6 people go by before they make my order, that I have now been waiting for 30+ mins on when it was supposed to be grab n go. I would assume to prioritize the pick up order since they orders AHEAD. 3. Ordered a just meat and just cheese sandwhich. No topping or anything - just a side of pickles. Guess what they forget…. The pickles, and this has happened multiple times. I’m guessing they see it as an easy order make it fast and then forget about any other details since the sandwhich is made by that point. The drink we order is never in the to go bag either.
Don’t go to this location unless you plan on being inconvenienced over and over again. And over again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I went to pick up an online order it wasn’t ready even though I was 10 minutes late. Had to wait in line then asked the manager, she said they did not have an order for us. I saw our slip sitting on the counter next to the slicer. She said we’re busy it’s going to be a while then continued to make other orders. Finally got order about twenty minutes later, brought it home, everything was made wrong. Two salads and a sub, everything was wrong. I have no doubt it was purposely made wrong. Terrible service, terrible food.

Ughhh I hate wasting money on food first time ever eating jersey mikes and I placed an order on the phone picked it up 15 min later and got home after 5 mins sub is coldish/soggy 20$ on top of that just had to throw the sub out and I was really looking forward to it Sighh
Well the girl on the grill Abby rolled her eye's when we ordered 5 subs and then gave us our last sandwich with a attitude and Keri was so rude to my wife. I don't appreciate that at all they make Jersey's Mike's look bad in jacksonville smh. They're not happy to have a job I guess or never worked doing customer service jobs 🙄

I arrived exactly at 9:01, the door was closed, there were 2 people in the kitchen, I knocked and no one even looked in my direction! terrible attitude

I guess they completely ignored my directions of no jalapenos and steak not chicken. The lady taking my order clearly heard me say that and seemed less than thrilled to be there. Which I wouldnt want to be there either I guess. The young man on the grill was good though very polite.
