Ughhh I hate wasting money on food first time ever eating jersey mikes and I placed an order on the phone picked it up 15 min later and got home after 5 mins sub is coldish/soggy 20$ on top of that just had to throw the sub out and I was really looking forward to it Sighh

Well the girl on the grill Abby rolled her eye's when we ordered 5 subs and then gave us our last sandwich with a attitude and Keri was so rude to my wife. I don't appreciate that at all they make Jersey's Mike's look bad in jacksonville smh. They're not happy to have a job I guess or never worked doing customer service jobs 🙄

I arrived exactly at 9:01, the door was closed, there were 2 people in the kitchen, I knocked and no one even looked in my direction! terrible attitude

I guess they completely ignored my directions of no jalapenos and steak not chicken. The lady taking my order clearly heard me say that and seemed less than thrilled to be there. Which I wouldnt want to be there either I guess. The young man on the grill was good though very polite.

Clean shop, attentive staff. As my wife and I sat (we arrived early for our pickup order) I watched the crew efficiently and with care craft sandwiches. Not thrown together, but crafted as if they cared about their finished product.
Their work was appreciated and tasty.

Came in right before close, staff was still friendly, Keri was great and let me know if I donated to cancer, I got free subs. This location is always great and I really appreciate the genuine service even when coming in late.

This location is outstanding. As someone who gets lunch here 2x to 3x weekly and also has visited several other Jersey Mike's locations, I can honestly say this is the best location by far. The people working there genuinely seem to not hate their jobs and are very energetic and friendly, which goes a long way when it comes to enjoying a place for lunch during the work week. They get the orders correctly and run on time with time estimates. I have seen several different people working shifts there, and I applaud them all. It's my favorite place to get lunch.
