Easily the best quick service sandwich chain hands down. Have not been disappointed yet, they seem to do a good job cultivating a good work environment as well which shows in quality of service and food

This location is outstanding. As someone who gets lunch here 2x to 3x weekly and also has visited several other Jersey Mike's locations, I can honestly say this is the best location by far. The people working there genuinely seem to not hate their jobs and are very energetic and friendly, which goes a long way when it comes to enjoying a place for lunch during the work week. They get the orders correctly and run on time with time estimates. I have seen several different people working shifts there, and I applaud them all. It's my favorite place to get lunch.

First time stopping in. Greeted warmly by all members of staff in a genuine way, I knew it was about to be a good experience. Establishment was very clean which also inspired hope for the product. I ordered the number 10 and enjoyed watching the gentleman carefully cut the meats and assemble my sandwich. The sandwich was fresh, crisp, and delicious. Thanks.

Food was good but my issue was that i asked for bacon on my sandwich 5x and this light skin girl with braids looks me dead in my eye's and makes my sandwich without the one thing I made known. I didn't have it in me to argue about it because I'm already having a rough day.......next time I would like my damn bacon on my sandwich like I ordered

This place has completely gone to junk. The staff is still great. It's sad, I'm from New Jersey, I ate at the original and the Leonardo locations all my life. The last 4 times the bread has been awful, the roast beef looks like it was never cooked at all or overcooked. The sandwich from tonight tasted like it was rolled in salt. I just told my husband that I didn't want to hear JM as a dinner option anymore because what used to be so good and reliable is now just awful. I hope they fix it but we won't be chancing any more money to find out.

The employees here suck straight up. I walked in at 8:25 one evening and I noticed that they had the open sign turned off and had the chairs put up but it says right there on the door that they don't close until 9:00 p.m. the doors wasn't locked so I walked in and still there for a couple minutes and finally someone came around it's like oh so sorry we don't have any bread. Like just tell me you don't feel like working and I'll actually have more respect for you than to make up some stupid lie like that. And another occasion I ordered from the app to have it delivered to my house. They forgot my drink. I tried calling up there but the phone never was answered or they answered it and immediately hung up I'm not sure which. A couple days later I ordered it again off the app and this time they called me because they didn't have the type of bread I wanted which is not a big deal and I told them just to do a different type instead. I took this moment to point out that I never got my drink from a couple days ago which the employee on the line said very much in a tone I didn't appreciate that they just didn't have any when I ordered it that day. I said well look I paid for it and I want that drink so include it this time if you would be so kind. Reluctantly, very reluctantly, they agreed to include the drink that I had paid for and never received. What is wrong with these employees, this place sucks!
One last bad experience and now is it for me, I ordered a sub through doordash and when I received it it was just horrible all messed up. Like it was bathed in Red Hot Chili Sauce soaking through the wrapper through the bag. And the bacon was literally burnt. Like just about black, I couldn't believe they put that on the sub. I tried eating a quarter of it and I got sick later that night probably because of it. I called up there to complain and I said look I will drive up there even though I don't feel like it to get a new sub and I'll exchange this old one for you. This employee would not let me do that. They said that they're not allowed to just be making subs like that for free. I reiterated that I would be showing them this burnt sub and would give that to them in exchange for a new sub. Nope couldn't do it the manager couldn't be contacted so the employee wouldn't do it. I just don't get it what is wrong with this place? Jersey Mike's is an awesome franchise but this one really just doesn't have it by any means and they need to be Under New Management with new employees. One out of five stars is too many.

This is one of my favorite chain sub shops. It's up there with Publix subs in my honest opinion! The meats and cheeses are cut fresh at the time of order, and they will work with you on modifications for dietary restrictions. If this is your first time here, I'd recommend getting your sub Mike's Way! My personal favorite subs are the tuna and the turkey/bacon.
Parking: There is plenty of parking, but you may have to park in the large lot connected to the theater during peak dining hours.
