I have been coming to this location for about 2 months now, I sat and observed how the owner runs this location, where should I start? I’ve noticed the manager (Audrey) sweeping the floors as well as cleaning things then go right and make a sandwich. This place is very disgusting, down to the attitude and customer service. I came in yesterday @8:24 last night and I was told they didn’t have anymore rosemary bread, this has been almost every night. If you are looking for a clean, pleasant environment JERSEY MIKES ON PHILIPS IS NOT IT!

I had an awesome experience at this Jersey Mike’s thanks to Conner and Christine! They were both super friendly, fast, and made my sub exactly how I like it. You could tell they actually care about the food and the customers. The place was clean, the vibe was great, and the service was top-notch. Definitely coming back — shoutout to Conner and Christine for making it a great stop!

Got here before 9pm 8:45 and they wouldn’t make me a hot sandwich! What’s the point of a closing time if you’re gonna close before the time posted ! Terrible customer service !

DONT GET THE COOKIES! Ordered food for a large party. Every single person commented on how gross the cookies are.

Don’t bother ordering online since they obviously don’t read it nor care to read it. Won’t be eating here anymore. No wonder the other three in Jax have been closing.

Soda was flat, and the bread tasted off. Might have been the latex gloves. 2 girls working did bot look happy about being there. I eat Jersey Mike at least once a week in daytona, and it's always way better. Employees are friendly, this place was a drag and the food tasted like it. Paper straws suck.

Way to much $ to not get it right and sloppy quality!

The only reason why I rated it a 4 for the food is because I ordered a ham & provolone cheese sub but I wish they would provide a microwave for customers because I like to melt my cheese & heat up the meat but that wasn't available but I ate it anyways & it is packed full of meat & toppings which makes it a really great sub. Jersey Mike's is a great sub place!!
