Stopped by here ordered a mini veggie - the lady making the sandwich was too busy laughing with her coworker to be able to hear the order she then asks me to repeat it I told her again - she then proceeds to cackle with her coworker - I walked out and told her don’t worry about it . I will be contacting the corporate office of this location . Thank you for nothing !

i LOVE this jersey mikes. If you closed on Friday Jan 26 2024 I just need you to know that you made my entire week. I’m pregnant and had a crazy craving for a philly right before they closed and I know how inconvenient it is to make a hot sub before closing but they did it anyway :,) Y’all deserve a raise and i’m being so serious. Thank you so much that philly was fire. 10/10 service 10/10 people I will definitely be back but at a reasonable time I promise lol.

Convenient location! I order once a week! But w/ the bad experience i had recently, I wont be coming back anytime soon! Friendly service n i was 1st in line! But to watch an employee pick out smallest part of the regular sub made me cringe! Then smushes bread while cutting was excruciating to watch! Ive trained dozens in my line of work in the kitchen n to use a serrated knife takes minor technique! As a costumer i think i deserved better!

Pretty consistent experience regardless of location and who is working.Prices have gone up a little like most places. But quality hasn’t changed much so far. Not in recent years at least.This location is solid, good lunch spot.

In my humble opinion Jersey Mike's is the best sub shop. The #7 which is the Turkey and Provolone made Mike's way is so delicious. No matter which location I've gone food is the same.

I've been to this location a couple of times before. I decided to go here today for lunch. As I was looking at the menu, this dude came inside with his dog. The dog was a puppy doberman. I'm not sure why the workers let him bring it inside when the dog isn't a service animal. The owner let's his puppy rest his dirty front paws on the counter as three if the workers said nothing and started to pet the puppy and one of the workers gave the owner of the puppy some bacon wrapped in plastic. So here I am waiting to be served. I waited several minutes to order food. I guess this location is turning into a petting zoo now. So, I had to wait a couple more minutes for a worker to wipe down the counter. The food is good, and they have a pretty decent menu. I don't think I'll return to this location again. Those workers need more customer service training.
