The employees ignore me about 5 min

Ryanne is an employee with a terrible attitude. I called the general manager and emailed her, and did not receive a response. I was charged for 3 sandwiches when I only ordered two. I will not return to that location based on poor customer service and lack of response from the general manager.

Been using this location for several years. Always prepared right, bread is outstanding, and the best subs in town.

Never had someone roll their eyes at me for having to do their job. Then I came here. All they want is to have no customer’s so they can chill on their phones. They don’t care about the quality of your food. This was the best jersey mikes around, now it’s far from.

The manager was so sweet and I told her that this was the fastest I’ve had a sandwich made - everybody else are slow lol. And the restaurant is clean and organized!! Thank uuu

The tomatoes on my sandwich were literally frozen.. not a good choice at all!

I just had a Jersey Mike’s sub, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. From the first bite to the last, every ingredient was fresh, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor. This wasn’t just a sub; it was an experience. I’m already looking forward to my next one!

Refused to make the sandwich the way I wanted, stated the owner wants just a regular Jersey Mike’s ??! All I wanted was my Italian put on the grill like I get at all the other stores, what a joke.

This is my favorite sub shop! best bread, quality meats and veggies. it is worth the money.

Unfortunately I had to report this business to the health department after finding a hair in my food. When I complained I was informed that it is a common occurrence and wasn’t offered an apology. I ordered through DoorDash so I was given a credit through them. Very disappointed.

I got the Chipotle Pastrami and it was horrible- meat cut too thick and was so tough and you could barely chew it! Any bite the meat came out of the bread- it was inedible

We've visited this location on Collins a few times and each time they've built us amazing sandwiches!

I don't think we've ever seen the same staff twice, but everyone has always been pleasant each time.

Definitely our go-to spot for a great sub sandwich.
