My husband got a #56 with no jalapeño, it had jalapeno. He called and they offered him a free remake which he just picked up, the cook verified that it was to have no jalapeño, handed him the sub and repeated no jalapeno, and it has jalapeno. I’m not sure what the problem is or why they can’t seem to get it right.

Besides the homeless people that always like to hangout outside being annoying, I also got white hard pieces in my cheesesteak. I'm talking about rock hard like teeth or bones, not gristle. I actually thought one of my teeth fell out at first. I should've took a picture of them. They were shiny almost like maybe it was hard plastic or acrylic possibly even. I've eaten hundreds of steaks and hundreds of burgers and thousands of pieces of meat in general and never seen anything like it before. Pretty gross. Probably won't be going to any Jersey Mikes for a while if not ever again.

Jerseys Mike's remains one of the best places to get a Philly Cheese steak.

While I always like Jersey Mikes, this one was less than most. This sandwich was not made with much meat or other filling. I was very disappointed in this sandwich and this store and won't return.

The employees ignore me about 5 min

Ryanne is an employee with a terrible attitude. I called the general manager and emailed her, and did not receive a response. I was charged for 3 sandwiches when I only ordered two. I will not return to that location based on poor customer service and lack of response from the general manager.

Been using this location for several years. Always prepared right, bread is outstanding, and the best subs in town.

Never had someone roll their eyes at me for having to do their job. Then I came here. All they want is to have no customer’s so they can chill on their phones. They don’t care about the quality of your food. This was the best jersey mikes around, now it’s far from.

The manager was so sweet and I told her that this was the fastest I’ve had a sandwich made - everybody else are slow lol. And the restaurant is clean and organized!! Thank uuu

Refused to make the sandwich the way I wanted, stated the owner wants just a regular Jersey Mike’s ??! All I wanted was my Italian put on the grill like I get at all the other stores, what a joke.
