Jersey Mike's Subs

Went in and had to wait while 2 employees chatted. Then 1 took my order and at least 1 other before they even started. Both were younger and barely spoke above a whisper
Finally got my sub (Philly and it was good) but after the dynamic duo I will not be back. Pic attached to show the way they treated my sub.

Terrible service. I gave the lady with red hair my gift card with Jersey mikes and she said I had no money on it. Mind you I haven’t used it so I paid for it and called the number and turns out I did have money on the card. I called the store manager and they had told me that it was MY fault and I should have had her type in the card… like what it’s not my responsibility. Maybe teach your workers how to use a gift card instead of blaming it on a customer. Hope you see this ❤️

new girl is not gonna cut it. she was lost and confused. i waited for 20 minutes before i could order with only 1 person in front of me. once i finally ordered, she asked what toppings (after the other worker pointed me out because she started trying to follow online orders on my sandwich) and i said lettuce and pickles - to which she immediately grabbed the onions. i had to say no onions - lettuce and pickles and then i had to point out where the pickles were because she literally turned around away from the counter looking for them (?????). the girl working with her had to direct her on every single thing as if this job isnt just list the ingredients and put them on the sandwich.. i then had to ask for the paper to wrap my own sandwich because the new girl was too afraid or unable to wrap the sandwich without help (????). i wrapped it and put it in the brown bag like any human with common sense could have done. i'm so confused on how the girl got this job....

Stopped in for late lunch with my partner and while standing in line looking at the menu, the gentleman preparing food rudely said to me the line starts over there.

There was no one behind us. The place was dead except for the guy who was ahead of us. There was no need to point at us and make us move 1 to 2 feet.

We left and will go go Larry's Subs. Shame on you for being rude and curt. Not the Jersey Mike's way.

I ordered am Italian wrap with extra meat and was delivered a turkey wrap. Not the first time my order was wrong.

If you want a Philly Cheese steak packed with flavor, this is the place for you.

once again Jersey Mike delivered Awesomeness and wonderful customer service and food. The restrooms are clean and the dine in area is always kept organized and is always Maintained. In short Jersey Mike continues to Shine while other sandwich shops schedule an appointment to drink Dr. Pepper and leave their house to seek shelter from the rain.

I ordered a giant sandwich and basically had to throw it away... The guy baptized my sandwich with oil and vinegar. It was a soaking wet mess by the time I was able to get stopped and eat it. The oil even pooled on the paper and tore through the paper and drenched the brown bag and the handled bag. I am glad it wasn't sitting on anything that could have been stained by the oil. Super dissatisfied.

Update : after finally getting a hold of a young woman in the store and explaining the issue, she seemed more interested in having me create a description of the guy who made my sandwich than she was about making it right. 🤦 We aren't creating a perp sketch here, we're just talking about remaking a damn sandwich. I finally just hung up as she was literally making no sense at all. I hope you enjoy this review as much as I enjoyed the sandwich. 🤮

Who leaves a review for a sandwich place right?! The one by my house in St Augustine is trash. They are always leaving stuff out and messing up orders. This one is perfect it’s delicious, the staff is extremely friendly, and it’s clean. Definitely recommend this location.

Great employees who have great customer service.

Best sub shop in a 6.5 mile radius! Jason is a nerd and super friendly! He makes the best gosh darn sub ever!! . Go to this location for a great experience and great food!
